What can hapen if I got pulled by vosa and I went over my 90hr fourtnight driving but my drive times ok and weekly breaks ok and daily breaks ok 
if youve gone over your 90hour then your drivetimes arent ok.
Just hope you dont get stopped in the next 6 months or so

You’re screwed. You will have to give up one of your children or one of your limbs, whichever one you need/love less.
Or at worst it might be a small fine and that’s only if you get stopped soon or your company have a visit in the next six months, which isn’t that likely. How much did you go over the 90 by?

The week changes tomorrow night, so if I understand correctly, you are up to 81 now, do another 9 tomorrow (=90)and your new fortnight starts at midnight.

That was what was confusing me as well. He says he has gone over his 90 hours, which I took to mean he is already at more than 90, but then says he is at 81 hours. I think we need some more information to help.
I do nights I start another 8 9 hr shift 01 30 then thata me done I think and have 24 off I’ve only done 3 shift this week I started 04 fri
As Coffee says I think you have to lose a limb and then into a Bee hive covered in Honey then a swim through Croc infested waters and if your still alive then dont do it again.

So up until now you have done 81 hours driving in this week and last and will do around 8 at most in tonight’s 8 or 9 hours shift? If that’s correct then you haven’t done anything wrong and at midnight tomorrow the 55 hours from last week will drop off the fortnightly calculation. It looks like you have done 26 hours driving so far this week and will maybe add 8 hours to that tonight so that will leave you the full 56 available next week.
Just a thought but these hours you have quoted are just the actual driving time and not your total duty time? I only ask because people do get confused and it is only actual driving which counts toward the 90 hours fortnightly total.

As coffee says, what does your tacho show when you’re driving if you press the down arrow, the 2nd numbers down in left column are your fortnightly driving times.
Just tell them you stopped to help a nun and a bus full of orphans, while theyre drying their eyes sneak out

You are allowed to forfeit a kidney if you really do need the kid to score some gear for you.

or any combination of 90 providing you never go over 56 in any one week, so 45 hours of driving every single week would be fine.
