I doubt it’s Irish as (assuming the image hasn’t been reversed) the mirrors suggest it’s a left ■■■■■■.

Heard of similar that had happened to a scaffolder’s trailer he’d cut down from a ex-supermarket box trailer. Unfortunately, for him, it didn’t have a full length chassis. Wouldn’t have fancied using any scaffolding he’d put up myself.
