Is it one unsafe building that’s closing a road or is the whole place ■■■■ ed? Been hearing for weeks and weeks about an unsafe building causing road closures.

Its a building in the Bridgeton area. A block of flats above some shops I think. The rumor is that the landlord knocked a hole in the roof/floor of two of the flats to try and connect them and make it one flat. Hasn’t quite gone to plan though as the building has moved resulting in the roads being closed in the area. Apparently he has done a runner back to Asia too. 
To be honest there is only one unsafe build and as was said that’s the one on London rd. The other was the coop fire near the quay.everywhere else looks unsafe as glasgow is just Baghdad without the sun
Was the Co-op recentish maybe I’m joing the two in my head and thinking it’d been going on forever.

I think it may have been about 6 to 8 weeks ago that fire.

they could use east european brickies. but they must build it from the scottish side.

Update on the unsafe Co-op building in Morrison St, Glasgow. Its not unsafe anymore, infact it is no more. Its been demolished and now the street has re opened this morning.
They must be redeveloping part of broken Glasgow, saw a green & white banner over Ibrox this morning…

Reminds me of when Asda were trying to open a store in Larkhall. Some of the locals actually wanted the Asda sign above the shop to be blue as anything green in that area is frowned upon. Not kidding.
Yer not kidding, when I had a little holiday in Greenock, Low Moss & Castle something or other near Dundee (courtesy of ERII) the first question I was always asked was “are you a Rangers or Celtic fan?” I replied with “York City” it confused the hell outta them for a short while, they then assumed I was one of Longshanks’ minions and therefore a Rangers fan
