A max of 3 reduced daily rests can be done between weekly rests - that is written in the regs
There is no rule about the number of reduced daily rests that can be done in a week (fixed week)
This example is legal
Weekly rest
work 5am to 8pm
work 5am to 8pm
work 5am to 8pm
work 6am to 7pm
Weekly rest
work 5am to 8pm
work 5am to 8pm
work 5am to 8pm
work 6am to 7pm
weekly rest
What days are worked in that example makes no difference so the first work day could be a Monday or a Thursday for example
This might also help
I work mon-fri and want to do every other sat like i used to do driving class 2 SO my week example

You’ve had 4 reduced already, so have the day off or collect some more infringments.
Daily rest is time between finish time on Monday and start time on Tuesday am i right? This can be reduced three times from 11 to 9 and if its 10 its also reduced is it? Thanks will look into it properly on weekend
And today i started at 6 that’s no good as well

Shoulda had the day off, but I suppose another infringment won’t hurt.
Amended my last post as I spotted the mistake, are you on a wind up?

Yes. And that’s between 2 weekly rests not per fixed week like the 10 hour drives.
If you’d started at 7am this morning you’d have been fine. Don’t think of things in terms of how many hours you work. Think in terms of how many hours you have off. This week so far you’ve done two 15s and two 13s which, at first glance, might suggest you have a 15 left. Unfortunately when you factor in your daily rests you’ve already used all 3 reducers and then done another one which you’ll get an infringement for when you next download your card.
You MUST fit your daily rest into a 24 hour period starting the moment you started your shift. If you start at 6am your reduced rest must start no later than 9pm and a normal rest no later than 7pm.
I think a change of start times is what might have thrown you. Like I said, forget how many hours you work and think how many hours you’ve had off with regards to what time you can start the next day.

Might hurt your wallet if the DVSA don’t use any lube when they shaft it
No windup man!! I gotta speak to the office the wanted me in for 5am anyway!
I make that 4 reductions of - 11 break
and 2 reductions vis a vis + 13 work

Monday is a reduced daily rest period because you only had 10½ hours rest between shifts.
Tuesday is a reduced daily rest period because you only had 9 hours rest within the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift.
Wednesday is a reduced daily rest period because you only had 10 hours rest between shifts.
Thursday is a reduced daily rest period because you only had 9 hours rest within the period of 24 hours from the start of the shift, you also only had 10 hours rest between shifts (06:00 start on Friday).
That’s 4 reduced daily rest periods.
As has been said daily rest periods must be completed within 24 hours from the start of the shift.
week example
Mon 5.30 to18.30 LESS THAN 11 BETWEEN SHIFTS SO REDUCED (1)
Tue 5 to 20.00 SHIFT OVER 13 HOURS SO REDUCED (2)
Wed 6 to 19.00 LESS THAN 11 BETWEEN SHIFTS SO REDUCED (3)
Thur 5 to 20.00 SHIFT OVER 13 HOURS SO REDUCED (4)
Friday today start 6am how long i can work? UNTIL 7PM
Any shift that goes over 13 hours or any period between 2 shifts that is less than 11 hours is a reduced daily rest
You have an infringement coming to you
.
Sorry I nearly missed the question
You started at 06:00 so you can work until 19:00 today.
Sorry I clicked quote instead of edit and triple posted
Points or penalty this is then FFS

Warning from your company is very likely but no fine from DVSA unless they pick up on it in the next 6 months and do not deem it a one-off error by a newbie and just give you a warning
It does not get points

Your company should give you an infringement letter to sign, it’s nothing to worry about just sign it and try to get things right in future.
If you’re stopped by the DVSA in the next 28 days you could be warned or fined, but the chances of being stopped in the next 28 days are slim so…
I suggest you have a good read of the Rules on Drivers Hours and Tachographs

4 weeks or 6 months
Crikey…CPC working then…
