I had a fall this morning and I put me hands out to break me fall and the back of me hand bent over and touched me wrist and snapped.
Most motors are auto nowadays, yer still good to go fella!!..

yeah I agree but unfortunately out of the 90 odd motors within the company there is only 1 auto and no one gets to drive it apart from the designated driver.

I cant do all that but if you want to know read the family health forum it all in there
But do have a fractured back prolapsed disc athritiis in back just for starters but back at work now as have it under control with drugs yep employer knows

Ouch, sounds really painful. Especially as the back is pretty much used for everything in daily life.
Seem to remember removing a gearbox and putting a clutch in a series Land Rover alone about 16 yrs ago with one hand in a sling. Took a bit longer than usual but the job got done.
Fingers of the damaged hand were used a little and there may have been a bit more use than usual of the angle grinder to get the rusted floor bolts out.
Amazing what you can do if you have to.
