i suggested Carswell as i think he communicates well , seems sane and is unlikely to say stupid things like " women dont clean behind fridges enough " . but that suggestion was not popular on here as resident kippers who think he is a trojan horse for tories . as im completely uninterested in domestic fighting of UKIP i bow to their better knowledge .
which means probably only a handful of weird labour MPs and Farage left .
so i have conceeded that Farage is probably best of bad bunch . im just hoping he doesnt bugger it up as im not expecting any more chances to quit EU in my lifetime .
i still think he needs to find a woman to share center stage as amongst women i know Farage is not popular . something about him gets on their ■■■■ . which is not the case for Boris , for example , who they all love .

Poland played a big part in battle of britain ■■
There was me thinking we already did them bit of a favour …
By liberating a big bit of their country from the nazis !!
India supplied 2 million volunteers to our army …
So perhaps it should be poland , england and india in this cosy new club ■■
Dolph:
Im astonished he claim Britain liberated Poland, which is a lie. In the same time PL was one of the most devastated countries in WWII and lost over 20% of its people and then brutally conquered by USSR.
yes that was not my best turn of phrase !
i plead post coital coffee instead of my customary tea and biscuits
clearly poland was liberated by our allies . which would not have been possible if we had not engaged on the western front .and we were dragged into war to overturn your annexation , and punish the transgression .
its not our fault you dont stand upto the austrians , or nazis , or soviets
perhaps in future stop being the big boys bum boys . the british cant always be there to hold your hand .
other countries manage it . Afghanistan have refused to let any foreigners
turn them over since Genghis Khan .
whilst they enjoy some topographical military advantages ; being sandwiched between Persian , soviet , chinese and indian empires just encourages them to fight harder .
i dont remember them boo hooing about the how unfair geography is , they just get their weapons and defend their country .
so i apologise to you for my poorly worded sentence , and hope you find this more agreeable
All I want from you is civilized tone and to stop with racist remarks.
Again you are wrong, you want to give yourself a lot more credentials and importance. The main reason to open second front so late was the stop the Soviets. It was clear that if Germany hold Western Europe to the end, Soviet troops will march in Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam etc. Churchill and Eisenhower didn’t want that to happen.
Where was going to be your Western front if all German divisions were not at the Eastern front, do you know?
Off topic: The Red Army destroyed 507 German divisions, 48,000 German tanks and 77,000 German aircraft; 100 divisions of ■■■■-allied Romanian, Hungary and Italy; and at least 450,000 Japanese soldiers, 32% of Japan’s total military losses.
Of Germany’s 10,000,000 casualties in World War II, over 75% came by fighting the Red Army. The German air force lost most of its planes and pilots on the Eastern Front.

Well that’s nice for u Dolph.
But il be voting with both hands and feet to get out.
You and Merkels dream state is collapsing around about you.
I want stay in the UK as I once new it where it was proud, wealthy and British values and standards.
Maybe cause I ain’t accustomed to the southern way as I’m a jock and not use to foreigners every where.
The quicker we are out of the EU the better. There must be a reason why you chose the UK to live and not any other euro state.
I haven’t chosen anything, I live in Sofia.
But yes you are correct, their is reasons, such as English language, I speak it freely, even though I can’t write it perfectly correct yet. Good university education(for my kid), working/functioning society that appreciate law abiding citizens and reward them for that; affordable life etc. Stuff like this.

Kate Hoey would fit that bill, articulate and knowledgeable she’s no ones fool. But her heart is with the Labour for Britian group, which she helped to set up. And that is one of the problems the OUT campaign has, it’s fractured, even divisive. With one group and one message the IN crowd would have a battle on their hands - as it is it’s like swatting flies.

Kate Hoey leads the Labour LEAVE campaign funded by a main Labour donor named John Mills I think she could for the out campaign

There won’t be another chance, the authorities within this country will see to that. The only slight whiff of hope would come from the EU itself. Once the UK has voted to stay in the EU then whenever the UK disagrees with any EU policy the EU’s reply will always be that we don’t have a say on the matter - we voted to stay in and therefore accept the EU - warts and all!
How long tptb and the people of this country would be willing to accept that level of authority and the feeling of submission and impotence it would bring is anyone’s guess.
a referendum is not like an election . there is only IN or OUT vote possible .
so i suppose if someone is voting OUT for kate or OUT for nige doesnt really matter , they are both votes for a Dolph free land .
and , as i mentioned before , the rightwing attack press ( mail , sun , express) have always been very easy on Farage . i cant imagine them biting their tongues if hoey was leading campaign .
that is Farages strength , along with knowing subject arse backwards .
so im willing to swallow my pride and conceed Farage is best man for job , lets just hope he can reign in his meglomania for just long enough to campaign with someone like Hoey , in search of a common goal

On that note, can you tell me if there is any difference with EU and Westminster or House of Lords?

very perceptive . how ever bad EU is now , it will be much much worse if we stay in .
the brussels sprouts will interpret an IN vote as a green light for all their wickedest dreams .

There are the reasons I live here.
I don’t want to be in a 3rd world shanty town like half the EE countries.
Wages have stayed stagnent for 15 years with the influx of cheap labour.
You can see why the government is doing it as it makes the country more investable and cheaper for manufacturing.
But the mid earners are paying for it.
But even worse is the fact that he will also be chair of Ofcom’s Content Board, which “sets and enforces quality and standards for television and radio”. Given Emmott’s record of making false claims against the media about Europe you don’t need to think hard about the kind of content that Emmott will allow through.
So, broadly, pro-EU Ed Vaizey appoints highly pro-EU chairman of body that will scrutinise neutrality during the referendum campaign. Not the slightest hint of duplicity or behind-the-scenes manoeuvring in an attempt to con the rest of us there, is there?
dolph why have you got such concern about my country because I don’t give a flying fooooook about yours at all …and ve asked u so many times what as ee put into the eu …nothing compared to the British tax payer …y didn’t the ee ask ussr for aid …when they needed it …instead ov the begging bowl ov western Europe. …the sooner we r out ov the parasite society the better …
Not surprising really that the EU will not consider ruling out a weakening of the so-called “four freedoms” when they won’t even give Dave one of his four pathetic demands.

And this is just the start!
What a surprise. But unlike 1975 we’ve got a much stronger anti EU faction among the Cons and if they think that Cameron is trying to rig the referendum campaign against them he’s toast. While Farage’s core vote has long ago given up on the pro EU establishment media propaganda machine anyway.

Do you really think the Kremlin and Putin would give the EE a penny?
No cause he would get no return same as we are getting shafted.
We are dragging these countries out the slums.
Stupid C&&Ts like u n me are paying for it.
Europe was ok when it was balanced this. EE nonsense is taking ■■■■.
Next it’s going be Turkey.
I don’t care what Dolph thinks… …this my country not is… I don’t spout owt about his country or stick my nose in its affairs cus like I said previously I don’t care…let’s c if the boot was on the other foot …?

I have no concerns about UK, I have stated many times its your business if you want to be in the EU or not. Simply don’t screw us all by demanding change of fundamental EU principles, just because it suits you better today. You don’t like the club, leave it, don’t twist our hands to meet your demand. In the eyes of continental Europeans Britain is seen as a major obstacle for closer union. You PM is like a honey bee since the beginning of December - visiting EE, country by country.
EE put many things, well not 55 millions pound per day if you ask. The main one is stability and prosperity of the whole of Europe. You think you can live happy life in UK if EE countries are broken, are dirt poor, lawless and hungry…
Other apparently important things for you is market, food produce.
I wish some of you could lived in Soviet times, then you gonna talk differently.
There was no begging, simply it was you play by our(US and UK) rules or we gonna kill you(economically, militarily, intellectually, politically).
I could ask you the same thing, what does Britain contribute to EU, because your 8 - 9 billions net contribution are drop in the bucket and without free trade you will not even have them. Or may be your contribution in the union is to be American lapdog and mess up the EU? Take it and leave, no one will miss you, no not because we continentals don’t like Britain and its people, but because we don’t like your always selfish position.
Do you know what was the economy of Britain before you join the club and what is now? You were begging for years to become members, do you know why? Now you want to screw the club…Like the saying: “its my way or the highway”.
