Unbelievable! A guy “comes out” and says he doesn`t crap inside his truck and is derided as somehow not normal! Jeez, well I too have never done this and for anyones information…they now have perfectly good toilets in Italy.

That conversation was about being caught short without a toilet. Nothing to do with being in a cab.
