A copper acting in that way does not sit well with me.

Being an ex-soldier himself, does not give him special rights to usurp the ceremony for his own ends, in my book.

The symbolism of it it’s self, irrespective of who or what this guy was makes it outrageous, pipers led soldiers across the battlefields of The Somme in WW1 and across the Normandy beaches in WW2, the day, the area,.and the ceremony should have been enough for that copper to act accordingly…he should be sacked imo.

Some sites seem to be leaning towards suggesting that because he is a veteran he may have special rights. You werent saying that, but others may well be thinking that. I have respect for all who serve in the forces, but to give the military extra rights is certainly not the democratic British way. We arent ruled by the military and don`t need to go down that path.

As I’ve just posted on the other thread, it isn’t the SCOTUS that needs to be convinced this election was bent - but rather the electors in every state, especially the BLUE states that never stood a chance of being flipped to Red during this election, surely proof of rigging in itself… They all got called so early, that no “close result LATER” was then possible.
California - still has only 96% of the count in FFS. They called it on Election Night, 10 days ago… By NOT calling the final count, no one is watching for any would-be Republican ballots going walkies in such states, as no one pays any further attention, once a safe blue hold state is duly “Held”.
Trump won the election because of the Electoral College in 2016, and I have a funny feeling he’ll manage to do that again. Forget this “Litigation” thing. If Trump is the Chess Player I think he is - That’s just a smoke screen to get all the Lawyer-Happy Democrats looking for some last-minute sneaky move by Trump to all “look the wrong way”. This election, like the 2016 election - will be decided on how the Electors vote, many of whom DO smell a rat here, and are NOT judges, Democrat Officials, or even Politicians, no matter how much the Blues like to think they’ve packed the electors with hand-picked stooges to be just as they’d like them to be… “Impossible States to take”.
