Always clean when ive been on but like you say,they won’t bother when in demand,could do with a good bleaching tho cos there is a lot of black in the corners and in the grout. and while im moaning,it always smells! maybe the drains are out the back near the windows.
I know they often have drain issues. Often you’ll notice that the water from the shower isn’t draining away quick enough and the room fills up with water and almost floods in to the corridor outside as the drains are backed up. They’re nice facilities though so a shame they’re not looked after a bit better.
