it was until you went on a rant about it being discusting to ■■■■ in a bottle rather than have a ■■■■■ up against your wheel. I dont mind paying for parking but the company pays for it not me out of my night out allowance, and they only pay for parking depending what load i have on.
I’m not ranting I just don’t agree in ■■■■■■■ in a bottle and throwing it out of window it gives us all a very bad name
Jesus Ian you have a bit of a ■■■■■■■■■■■■■ fetish or something, you’re obsessed with truckers slashing routines.
i dont throw mine out,i save it until i find a bin to chuck it in like most folk i agree there are some that lob theirs anywhere but most dont.

You made no mention of throwing the ■■■■ bottle out of the window in your first post, you simply stated that to ■■■■ in a bottle was a filthy habit, naff all about disposal. So be my guest and change your opinion again, I’m sure we all appreciate a good u turn.
What happens if you need a ■■■ ?

A wider necked bottle and good aim
Before this turns into another ■■■/■■■■ argument,(although probably too late) the point to me, at least is, WTF is a truck park with the amount of spaces as Immingham, doing without even basic facilities.
I spoke to the, then leader of the council about it, he made the usual right noise, but,as usual did not give a monkeys.

It’s definitely open. I walked past today on the way to Ulceby station.Looks a nice place to park up.
You walked all the way to Ulceby station, that must be 6 miles. Are you sure your a driver?
Rikki-UK:
Is the County still the same. one of the pubs I have visited where even the wall paper was trying to leave
No real change at the County.
The staff and customers were having a row about Coronation Street being repeated on ITV +1 when I walked in. Well I think that’s what it was about, with all the shouting and swearing, I couldn’t really tell…
BTW, with the direction of this thread in mind, yes the toilets were working.

Yes I did. And yes I am.
However I withdraw my statement as I think we are possibly talking about 2 different truck parks. I was thinking of the one on Ulceby Road just a mile off the station. I had walked from North Killingholme though so not far off 6 miles.
Yes there are 2 parks the one you saw and one at Immingham near a very rough pub. I rent a house out in Ulceby not far from the station you must of been the only one catching a train it never seems very busy when I go past.

Yes they are two seperate locations. The one you mean is the one nearest the station as you’ve said. Years ago it used to be a BP truckstop and got demolished and the site remained empty until several years back, I cant remember when exactly, it was bought and developed by Rix Petroleum who built what is there now. Its not a bad little spot, Ive never parked there over night as I come from just around the corner so I’d either go home or park in the yard but the showers there are quite good by UK standards and I used to use them regularly when working in and out of the docks.
It’s £3.06 for a shower on Ulceby lol,i stay on there a couple me times a month, showers get cleaned after every use.

Not always. They only get cleaned after every use if they’re not busy and actually get around to it, otherwise as soon as one driver hands the key in, the next one gets it and is left with the previous drivers’ mess.
Always clean when ive been on but like you say, they won’t bother when in demand, could do with a good bleaching tho cos there is a lot of black in the corners and in the grout. and while im moaning,it always smells! maybe the drains are out the back near the windows.
Nice…
