Well I respect your opinion and the fact that you actually have one, I agree with some of your views and accept that they are illegal immigrants in principle.However as I say I do think that they are entitled to some dignity as there is no evidence that they are wholly made up of terrorist organisations. Yes there will be the bad amongst them, as there are everywhere in the world, the UK is no exception to this. My opinion is if we continue to treat them in the way that we do, then how are we ever going to change their outlook towards us and our beliefs. Our treatment and attitude towards them only reinforces their hatred towards us. It becomes a viscous circle to which there is no solution, Germany opened the floodgates to all of this and has caused a lot of the problems that we see, our own immigration policies of offering money and shelter to those that make it here ensures that there will always be an influx of people seeking a better or easier way of life, our own dole system does exactly the same thing with our own people. There are those who are not willing to work and make the benefit system into a career. Never paid a penny into the system but take everything they are entitled to whilst at the same time usually turning the communities where they live into equally squalid environments.

One thing nobody seems to care about with these poor people is whilst we are in this crisis and we all have to be socially distant by 2 meters and wash our hands etc, etc. How are these immigrants supposed to do that when they are all trapped together with no clean facilities. They are being treat worse than animals and people still kick them whilst they are down. Ilegal or not, they are still human and we should show a bit more compassion towards them. These people are entitled to dignity regardless of their immigration status.
Those “poor people” are illegal economic migrants…nothing else, they SHOULD have stopped in the first safe country and asked for asylum if they were refugees. The legal way of entering Europe! But they don’t, ask yourself why?

Europe does not want them either, that’s why the are allowed to camp near Calais as eventually they will get here.
AUSTRALIA HAS THE RIGHT IDEA, LOCK THEM UP IN CAMPS AND SEND THEM AWAY.

If you took a vote I would say a large majority would not want them or would even deport them now, hence Brexit happened as our main point of debate was immigration.

Your comment about young males is ridiculous. There is no way of telling in this country or any country. The majority in most countries are not rapists or murderers.

What else can they do? set them off in a different direction and send them to their deaths? The border force are under obligation to pick them up and ensure their safety, it is up to our government then what happens to them afterwards. They can’t pop them onto a plane and send them back to their country of origin as the majority of these people do not hold or have in their possession any such paperwork. So where do they send them? It is much more complex than your beliefs and ideas of dealing with them.

Well quite sure everyone will sleep much more easy thanks to you Andie, you really do view yourself as some sort of self appointed vigilante, anyway back on topic, do you have an opinion on this topic? What are your views on the subject? How would you deal with the situation of illegal immigrants and has Covid 19 slowed them down? All relevant to the thread.
This is another example of what started out as a perfectly good topic that got reported and ended up being locked.
