And, did you loose it that day?
Speak to your manager about your concern that your being ignored and marganalised . If nothing happens file a grievance procedure stating that your views are not being considered and that you are becoming more and more stressed about the lack of communication from your superiors and this is starting to affect your health and family life . That said going by your posts here the last few months I’d say you need to sit down and really think about the job your doing and how its affecting you. No job is worth getting stressed and sick over - if your as unhappy as your posts seem to make out I’d seriously consider a change of employer or a totally new career .

I foyu have a company handbook or intranet there should be some form of timescale regarding time to reply, it may be they don’t have to unless they have something to offer you.

It’s not a random thread though is it? It’s a driver asking fellow drivers for help and advice. Why have a go at the guy?

Which ultimately leads to people taking the pee out of him for asking random silly questions, or thinking he’s trolling. Which has resulted in him being premod. However pausing (and thinking “should I”) before pressing the submit button may gain dozy some respect & less abuse.

No they cant go to your drivers rep if get no joy there phone the HR department and watch how quick it moves then.

If you submit a request they have to look at it but they don’t have to say yes. The phone calls would suggest they’ve taken it seriously.m

Can’t pm mate , premod, I work for mib apparently ( manufacturing , industry , bulk ) I kid you not , but my pay slips stobarts, think my contract esl, if I have a job issue they put me through to a ws trainer, planner is explore .

What is it you’re looking to change ? You’re still gonna be driving arn’t you ? So specifically what is it, you want shorter hours or summat like that ? Have you seen shorter hours on offer within the place you work for ? You should be aware if you over egg the pudding (not that i’m saying you are ) and say you can’t do the job any more and there is no other openings that are different for you, other than say…a change of scenery, then you’ll sack yourself.
Let me guess though, you don’t want anymore store deliveries with roll cages, you want fridge work ? Did i get it right ? !
