Get rid of all the traffic officers that ride around in their 40k land cruisers,I mean apart from causing more of a jam,what else do these people do!!.
They are good at watching on coming traffic standing there like some tuff doorman, normally with dark shades and their arms folded.
Then we have the backwards walk,but what else are they good for!!
They have freed up more coppers for other work plus they sort out those idiots who stop / breakdown on the motorway without warning lights. I have actually seen them towing people off too. Just because they have more flashy lights than you do, 
or are you just feeling hard done by right now?

Personally… a better truck! A scania R420 sleeper cab for a 6ft3 driver is not large enough - especially for a weeks tramping.

Drivers should be required to hold a qualification to drive any high-performance vehicle. 
How many knobs are there in the world who thnk being able to lob a satchel full of banknotes across a car showroom makes them God’s gift to driving? 
DCPC required to buy any vehicle that costs more than what was on your last P60! 
Cyclists can be pulled by VOSA, because they now have to be registered like everyone else.
Maybe they won’t run red lights that way… 
…If only you couldn’t be told how to drive/do your job by some pen pushing office type bell end that can barely drive a car…
