can anyone help me identify this town please. Definitely South of England. Maybe costal. I know it’s a long shot but I’m hoping. I tried zooming in on the motorway sign but it’s not good enough to make out
I tried using AI to find the location, but it thinks it’s in America.
Yep I tried the same thing. It did come up with Kent but no actual town
Looks like UK or European rather than US signage.
The car is on the LHS of the road, but can we tell if it is a correct or a reversed image?
I suspect UK is correct, for very little real reason.
Is the blue glass building over a dozen stories high? How many of them are there?
And if so how high is the red building top right? I reckon that building is the key to identification.
I know 100% it’s UK and in Southern England. Possibly by the coast but still leaves it like looking for needle in a stack of needles
With buildings that tall? And is that raised a roadway/flyover?
City rather than town IMHO.
Yep I’d considered that possibility. If only I could make out the motorway sign
Hands up, it rings no bells with me, but that red building in the background must be massive.
The red building in right background reminds me of Guildford Cathedral.
Exactly I’ve been on Google earth trying to find that building and road layout. Still it’s needle in a haystack
You are right it does just checked it out on Google earth. Unfortunately it’s not
Well it ain’t Southampton, Poole, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Weymouth, Bridport, Hastings, Brighton, Eastbourne, plymouth
Worthing , littlehampton ,Chichester, horsham ,crawsley ,Dorking, Woking Bracknell , Reading
It’s near a motorway too and that leaves the M27 and it isn’t that.
Reading was my first thought
Been checking them out too on Google earth not found anything near. Here is another view from inside the same flat
Are you stalking someone?
I see a coach, could this be near a drop off
Manchester Piccadilly.
He reckons it’s 100% south
That’s why I listed where it ain’t as that’s probably easier and quickest way to narrow it down
