Itās funny, I bet the yanks would look at that and not agree to drive such a wendy house. But I bet itās 20 years more advanced technologicaly than anything they would get to drive. I suppose technology isnāt that important when you only drive in a straight line. 
It would need to be good at Ā£18k more than an MP3 (which they are going to continue selling alongside the MP4 for the next 2 years). Boss is having 2nd thoughts about ordering one now with that price difference and might just stick with an MP3 when ours is due renewal Gutted.
Is that 18k difference for the euro 5 or the euro 6? There will be a fair difference in price between the two MP4ās.

That is for the euro 5 engine, similar spec to the MP3 we have already

I saw the review of this in a recent trucking magazine, I think it looks good, but then I do like Merc trucks. I wouldnāt mind having one but somehow I doubt I ever will!
if anyone needs a driver for oneā¦ill do it....but only if i have exclusve use, Ā£10 per hour and im back for dinner on fridays.
but then again,carlsberg don`t do haulage 
I think Merc are following Scaniaās lead with the increase of the prices & trying to increase their profit margin.
As Scania have shown, if you have a good product, firms will pay your prices.
Up till now Merc is still the worst truck ( and car ) I have ever drivenā¦
But I have to say it looks OK.

Looks like someoneās been photo shopping the new merc to be honest.
I stand to be corrected, even if this is a bona fide scania design, it will just be a concept and the new model could look very different. I wouldnāt say they will change anything for some time as the revised new r series hasnāt been out long.
