From some of the very poor standards of driving by HGV drivers nowadays, I would have to consider myself one of the best in the business.
However, Only a fool isn’t willing to listen and learn.

For sure, although the UK LGV C+E driving test is generally considered to be the most difficult driving test in the world so even that on its own is something to be proud of.
I’ll look out for you in your artic, I’m on the A30 all the time, St Austell, Indian Queens sort of thing.
Oh I’m the best, no one can come close obviously. (Because there’s a very real risk I’ll crash into them)

Bet I know who’ll be along very soon…
Scaniason…Orys will not be along soon he’s left the UK to make way for the millions of Romanians and Bulgarians arriving shortly.

And when they get too expensive, the Kazakhs and Azerbaijanis…
Good enough to get by and get home safe,
Most importantly willing to learn,
IM not best nor worst, but follow speed limits and what doesnt get done tough.

You kept that quiet But then again, I probably missed the tread.
Congrats, now you’l have to put up with loads of awkward “motorists” like the rest of us!!
Good enough to get by and get home safely, and willing to learn were the two I voted for! NOBODY’S perfect and we all make mistakes!
especially after 12 pints in the pub, run bent, squash cyclists and drive like a cnunt!
sorry the DCPC is needed!

Are you sure? Whoever told you that the LGV test is the most difficult in the world either was taking the mick or has not a clue what they are talking about.
It certainly needs to be made harder and then driving standards might improve!

Fair enough maybe it was for you but then that depends what else you have done I suppose.
I am not being funny but what did you find so hard? I presume you did not pass first attempt?
Maybe you had a crap Instructor and that’s why you found it hard?

I’d been driving trucks around a yard / workshop enviroment for a couple of years before hand as I used to work on heavy commercial’s at one time. (BRS) It was this that taught me to reverse an artic with just the mirrors so that bit was a doddle but I can honestly say that I found the actual road part of the test pretty tough, I passed first time because in the back of my mind i knew my ole man was paying for it and all the lessons, 800 quid when i done it
Im an idiot
that is all
I went for option 2 & 7 I’m by no means the best but better than most I see on a daily basis & I’m always open to new ideas , advice on doing things & if I can offer any help, advice & assistance to others I will …

An aquamarine coloured Renault Magnum on an 08 plate, was tipping at Roche a couple of hours ago, Conway Bailey probably worth a look.
Uk test is much harder than the Canadian or USA one which is basacly a run round the block turning left then another turning right.
