How to use a day off in the week? reduced rest?

Eureka…i’ve got it
Thanx again,for your help guys.

To get it to count for this week you must start it before the end of the week, and as the end of the week is midnight Sunday you need to start the rest by 23h59 Sunday for it to count.

Please note, the rest can start there but you still have to get your daily rest in within the 24 hour period, so say you only have 11 hour rests left that week you have to start work no early than 10:59 am so that you follow your daily rest requirements

Quick question about weekly rest…
after my last day of work do I need daily brake of minimum of 9 hours or normal break of 11 hours before I start my weekly rest of at least 45 hours…?

The daily rest and the start of the weekly rest use the same hours OR the daily rest turns into a weekly rest OR as the regs say …
A daily rest may be extended to make a weekly rest

You still need to have a daily rest period within 24 hours from the start of the shift even though you’re starting a weekly rest period, you can have either a regular daily rest period or a reduced daily rest period if you have one available.

Is mean On the end of week if I finish work at 3 pm in Saturday I can start driving at 12 oclock in Monday. Thats the 45 hours of my weekly rest period. Thank you
