The main reason for me having one is for insurance purposes. Filming unprofessional hgv psv drivers is secondary.
How do you decide what is worthy of reporting? Even me,the biggest moaner about idiots on the road with no clue,draws the line somewhere. And it doesn’t include grassing up everybody who makes a bad judgement call. We all do it. If I accidently move lanes when a car is in my blind spot causing them to swerve am I going to end up on your “police camera action” edit file?
If your talking about REALLY bad incidents like hitting property and driving off or screaming through red lights or swerving round pedestrians on crossings then fair play,crack on. Id do the same. But until you let us know said instances your always be seen as a moaning squealer.[/?
Im perfectly calm mate you seem to have your knickers in a twist.
I have seen less than i reported make court and tea and biscuits with the TC.
For example trying overtake while running the chevrons at the end of a DC . I had to brake quite sharp to let him in befre he had a head on collision. We will let the relevent authorities decide if its worth of a follow up shall we ?
Another instance where a boy racer undertook me at a pedestian crossing while it was on flashing amber. He failed to see the woman with a pram and 2 toddlers crossing in front of me .Had i not blasted my horn that woman and kids would have been history.
Is there anyone on this forum who would deny thats downright dangerous. And should not go unchallenged.?
Like i say im not out to film drivers with bad habits. We all aquire bad habits over time me included.

My knickers aint in a twist. If you calm down a bit and read my post you will see I only asked for examples. To see if you just decided off your own back what was bad or if it was actually dangerous idiots who clearly think they own the roads. I also said I agreed with you reporting it if it was the latter.
Ive been down the same road as you have on this very forum. Saying you would report dangerous driving then getting pelters and having to defend your stance on it. It just needed to be a bit clearer where you drew the line that’s all

Im off to me kip got a 4:30 rise. Away for 4 nights so might not be able to respond. But thanks to everyone who gave there tuppence worth. I respect your opinions and hope you respect mine.
This subject will not go away. As these camers are as cheap as chips now. I know people from 18 to 80 who have them.
