I only ask, since not only Microsoft ( a lowly 114th in the world when it comes to size), but also Hewlett Packard, Samsung, Verizon, Siemens, Hitachi, Sony, Toshiba, Nokia to name but a few, might take issue with your stance. Apple whilst undoubtedly a large and succesful company actually rank 129th in the world for size. In terms of profitability, Microsoft, HP, Samsung, et al all wee all over Apple. Microsoft being the 8th most profitable company in the world.

We have a selection of laptops running MS windows in our household, plus one Apple belonging to my Daughter who is an ingrained Apple diehard.
Its a very powerful computer ideal for her job as a graphic designer, but guess which one she uses to go on to look at facebook, and iPlayer, and watch DVD’s, its anyones except the fruit.
I’m regulary crashing round the landfill site that doubles as her bedroom in the small hours before I leave for work trying to retrieve my ■■■■■■■ Laptop, go figure

This is my brother trade - he’s a graphic in Polish The Times. They used to work on Macs, but now they are on normal PC’s again - they found that Macs are much more expensive compared to what they offer. OK, average MAC is better than average normal PC, but for the money you spend on MAC you can buy really powerful non-apple computer…

My Nokia E71 has everything except a stopwatch or countdown timer, or if it has I cannot find it, but it is still a timer I require not a lesson from Delia Thanks,
a 3 minute egg from boiling does me and gives me longer in bed
Windows PC for me too, I did occasionally use a Linux at work but never got too familiar with it.
