Last 2 weeks pay were weeks where I had 2 days holidays one week ,I day the other week ,I understood we were now paid a average of previous x amount of weeks ,last time on days it was abt £150 per day if I remember right .
I’ve been taking home around the £570/580/ 590 mark ,I’ve just looked at bank and last 2 weeks paid in are £532/ £507 .
With now being a average of your previous x amount of weeks I’d of thought it would be similar ,or is there something I’m missing and holiday pay whilst tramping works out different 
N.b I guess pay slip when I get one will answer it ,but until then I’m just wondering whilst holiday is meant to be a average ,I’m £50/ £80 in my pocket worse off when on holiday tramping but not on days 
Maybe night out money is not included in the average over x amount of weeks seeing as it’s a tax free supplement to your hourly pay?
You’ll be paid an average of your actual wage,this won’t include night out money or meal allowance that’s why you will suffer when you take time off.
Why don’t you just phone your pay roll people up surely they’d answer your question better than anybody on here.

Holiday pay that doesn’t include the money for what you do every day whilst on duty - kinda ■■■■■ don’t it?

Now I had 2 days off that week so it implies to me I’ve been paid 1 hol day at average pay and 1 hol day at basic rate ,I was under the impression it now had to be all paid at average pay
Other than that as others have said don’t pay n/ O money or m/a,
But Im not convinced as you take those out and you pretty much back to basic pay , not average pay
