UK Based Irish consrtuction firm Reddingtons, have at least 2 artics on the fleet (along with alot of rigid Tippers & mixers), which have had Granning midlifts fitted to them. My mate drives an 8 wheel hiab on plant transport for P J Hire Services, he says that its comfortable, quiet and pulls well with good foward visibility from the tall cab, but they really must do somthing about the sleeping arrangements!! thats whats stopping alot of people from buying Hinos, because they cant send them ‘up the road’.
