The next day, i could’nt get the song ‘Beautiful Day’ by U2, out of my head. But i only knew the one line, “It’s a beautiful day”! Unless “woohoohoo!” counts as two? So it was just this line in my head all day long. I was begining to wish i’d got concussion.
One song i definately was not singing was ‘Rolling’ by Limp Bizkit.

There are less curves down there, but there is a frighteningly large amount of BMW drivers who have problems with the 2nd roundabout up (before Sainsburys) and keep hitting the fence. Cov Highways are on about taking the railings out and fitting crash barriers. How dense can they be? The Beamer lot not the council, although…

So when a BMW is infront of you there, you’re thinking "should’nt be long before he/she is out of my way!’
About your mega top heavy vehicle. Apart from it resembling an inflatable bosom, is there anything visually different about it to suggest that it is a touch different from the rest? As you can see, i have no conception at all! Again, news to me! Do you have a picture, if so? (Without incriminating you or the company you work for, of course!)
I will feel really silly if the answer is, It looks S.O.S ( Same old [zb]!)

It just basically looks like a crane but with a basket at the end rather than a hook. It makes life interesting with manouvering though, and the job is much more relaxing and easier than doing what you guys do all day. That’s more real work. Is it any wonder I’m moving up a belt notch

My computer is in a strop and won’t let me see your pics. Don’t know why. But it does that sometimes to some photo links. It’s time of the month maybe? To say i am gutted is an understatement! I am positively distraught! Since i would lov to see pics. I love accompanying pics ! And was thrilled to see the 4 links. Perhaps it will back down later. Time for a sob before bedtime.

Don’t need oxygen, it’s not that high up. Windspeed is the problem one. If you’re working on a sign and they’ve got it in the basket and there is a 20mph wind you could get blown over Without it there is about a 28mph wind speed operating limit. Windy days. Dont work. Nice and easy
Don’t need altitude sickness pills, but as I’m partially scared of heights I always wear the safety gear Besides. That way I’m insured too…

Yes, some of the Bronto ones are a bit high, the wind farm ones are probably 72 meter booms I would have thought, but then, the highest I’ve been up is about 40m up a 62m. When he gets back from the Harry Potter filming I’ll have to ask him if I can go all the way up with him
