Has anyone been killed or injured?

i will write that on the back of mine next week.

Funily enough i tend not to walk infront or behind moving vehicals wether i am wearing a hi viz or not
Call me old fashioned if you like

I was at a place last week to get a container loaded, was there 8 hours as part of the load had to be brought in from somewhere else, anyway the lads in the yard and on the forklifts were all wearing black jackets and black pants ( not a hi viz in sight ).

In the 8 hours i was there not one of them was run over/ killed / squashed or flattened :open_mouth: :open_mouth: :open_mouth: .

John.

Talking of hard hats the council workers round here wear them to plant flowers in the flower beds

Had the box on, they were just loading it. ( No hard hats in sight either!!).

Talking about hard hats though, it makes me laugh when i go to stobats containerbase in widnes and you have to put a hard hat on and exit the cab when they lift your box off, as soon as the box is lifted 6 "of the skelly drivers jump back into the cab!!!

Danger must be over then 'eh :unamused: .
