Hi there guys. I am a lurker mostly and LOVE the messages and reports. Does anyone have any pics of Hagan Transport Ireland? Tony Hagan started off in the 70’s with a Scania 110 Day cab. He took me “across the water” to the UK on a few trips before expanding and heading into the Continent. I was in the USA by then but I do believe he acquired a large fleet before packing it in. Does anyone have pics of his fleet? I know he favoured Scania’s but one of his rigs was a M.A.N. I know very little else. Any help guys?

Hi Mick just got your message,I noticed your post on here yesterday.
I Remember Hagan Transport from my days on Crosschannel,always looked very similar to Lagan Transport from Dungannon,both in name and colours.
I dont have many pics of my own,never had time for taking pics till I retired and no digital cameras then,try Euro-wheels.com great site for truck pics and some Smithfield,it can take a bit of navigating to find some of them,but there are loads of Irish trucks on there going back to the 70s.
also you could try nitrucking.proboards107.com which is a smaller local truck site,if you cant get these try to google them,sorry I cant do links.
Are you from here that doesn’t sound like an american name,sorry if I’ve not been much help but I’ll keep looking and see if I can find anything else.

could just view them on nitrucking maybe ,although do you have to register for that?

Thanks glenman,I can send him a pm about that but was puzzled to see moved or deleted on a lot of photobucket post of late and was wondering why.I dont post alot of pics and wondereed if I’d done something wrong when posting or is it because it was somebody elses pics.
i certainly wouldn’t pinch or take credit for somebody elses pics.

I also found one picture of another of his M.A.N trucks on the truckphotosforsale site. Pity their logo is plastered across the picture. I wonder how many lorries Tony had at the time he was his biggest. Thanks for all your help lads!
