Had a Disagreement with a customer!

That situation you speak of has arisen . Security took a swipe - he ended up in hospital with a dislocated shoulder and 3 teeth missing . I claimed self defense and was totally cleared. I told the judge exactly what I did and why .

I believe you but thousands wouldn’t…

OK.

My worst behaviour was when a prick in a Belgian chemical factory was giving me some lip. I had been there dozens of times and never had a problem, this guy had invented some of his own H&S and I saw red, especially when he broke off my Kemler board by using it as a step. I pulled him off the trailer and coupled it up myself. After tipping I was “invited” into the managers office and banned from the site for 12 months.

Everyone else who worked there stuck up for me and my boss tried his best, but 12 months later i went back and the prat was no longer there.

I became quite famous in the tanker world as many drivers had seen the Englishman punch the stroppy operator as we rolled around in green chemical suits and yellow Wellington boots.

Strange but true!!!

well the only real disagreement i had in canada was when i was on LTL work delivering kitchen craft (kitchens made from mdf and on skids)/from winnipeg factory–saskatchewan-alberta (my run).
well i had a new drop /customer(home fn depot).in saskatoon.all my drops were loaded in order ,pre phoned by factory dispatch for drop times 15min window, with phone no .& name on paper work ,great when on a 12drop load over 750- 1k miles ,anyway arrived on time round to goods in.
rang bell and walked in …a fat git walks over says no deliveries during day after 6pm only, well i say im booked in now …him–f off,me -booked in at 8am ,said name on sheet …him-no i didnt ,.me you must be mistaken…him & security -arm up my back and put out door and told to leave banned from site… :open_mouth: …ok i phone my dispatch ,dave ill deal with it no sweat …5mins later dave phones up goods in told him to f off no drops till evening…
KC dispatch phones me up and i give them the story…5mins later KC phones up. goods in calls him a lying b and tells him no booking made etc… KC- to me ,head to this storage yrd and leave it there…soo did that and carried on.with the circuit.
next wk on circuit had to drop home depot at the storage yrd(atlas removals),well lol did the drop and was asked into there office for a word …atlas tried to deliver the skids during the day and got told the same as me well atlas driver says we fiinish at 5pm,goods in so fn what, This went on for about 3 wks of me delivering to atlas ,& atlas trying to deliver (1 try a wk)no joy. It finally came to a head when the western manager for KC went for a ride in a atlas truck with a manager from home depot :bulb: :bulb: …goods in did the usual and from what i was told by KC saskatoon all hell broke loose.fat boy was sacked for swearing at people &his attitude anyway i was asked if i wanted to press charges for asault ,they were surprised when i said nope.was asked to resume deliveries to home depot by KC but said no ill keep the drop at atlas.no prob, home depot pays storage charges lol never told them  ,.reason being i used to get my breakfast bought by atlas manager as it was a good earner for them
and could park on bay overnight ,was quite , chinese round corner for meal when arived at night.
a good number …
jimmy.
