dont hope mate. do it! you wont regret it. i have put a few drivers their way and they havent let me (or them) down yet. these guys are the only agency that i have ever known of that have pulled drivers out of a job because of the way they were treated. the money is quite good and everything is legal. i had a client expecting me to tip during my breaks. the managing director sorted that out personally

my age does bring me alot of problems and even though most of the companies i work for get back to driver hire and say they are happy cause i just get the job done with no arguments, some companies just have to be picky about a few things or treat me like doo daa because im young.
im doing work for pyeroy scaffolding right now, i know a few of the guys i work for so everything is good there,actling like ive worked there aslong as everyone else insead of the usual im only agency i have to do what they say
plus they aint bothered about me taking monday off to do my class 1, nobodys covering my shift either.
its good though it means the guys have all day to unload all the rubbish off the back of the motor lol. 3 and a half hours it took 2 of us to get the load ready to be loaded and another 30 mins to get it loaded in the bucketing rain lol.
and what happens when i get the last strap tied down…the sun comes out lol.

thats nothing to do with your age. thats part and parcel of agency work. some companies are like that. just bear with it until they get to know you. get the job done and dont give them any substantial reason to moan about you and they will soon treat you like one of their own drivers. until you are known you are just another driver. dont take it personally 
there have been instances that folk didnt believe me that i had a class 2 licence.
but yea i know i dont really take it personally though when folk say i dont have a licence to drive said vehicle before looking at my licence offends me tbh. but achh ill just have to be a gorilla till im 25 then i wont get soo much hassle lol.
