Im in the process of experimenting with a new diet called the ‘W Plan’, all you have to do is.
W-atch what you eat, choose a healthier option where possible, watch the salt and sugar content, grab a selection of fruit for little and often snacks.
W-ater, drink plenty of this.
W-alk, when parked up go for a 15-30 minute walk in one direction then try and walk back slightly quicker, some may need to carry their sat navs for this.
W-ank, this is the important bit, make sure you have at least one tommy tank a day not only is it a good release but also keeps ones nads in tip top shape after being sat on all day.
Make yourself a lunch and stop the junk, there’s no excuse, you will save yourself a fortune as well, 3 dirty meals like that a day is just pure laziness

I’m with you, sandwich or 2 loads of fruit Apples, Oranges & Bananas, I would never eat Greggs or Maccies bloody awful.

son in law has went from 20stone to 13stone with in a year,he joined a gym goes every night and they gave him a diet plan which is basically turkey meat every night with as much vegetables as he can eat.ive a lost a stone since September by just cycling to work but I wasn’t fat just coming up to 50 this year and a bit of a belly which has gone now.
You have 2 options,fill your stomach with fatty foods or healthy foods.
Personally I take tuppa ware box full of cereal,grab a pint of skimmed milk while out and about pour in the pint of milk and consume around 11:00am,this will see me through the day.Also have a apple and banana for breakfast.
You can switch cereals so you don’t get bored of the same one,currently my weapon of choice is honey nut btw.
You’ll also save a fortune for what you probably spend in a day will cover a weeks cereal and milk.
i started taking cereal but at the time i was cab hopping , so it became a ball ache lugging all my gear around, i suppose im getting lazy in my artic old age:), and BTW i can still see my ■■■■, JUST, even tho it wasnt that easy to see in the first place, looks like a wotsit until it gets a back in it
, its just i was always pretty slim and healthy, now im getting fat, im nearly 16 stone but tall enought to hide most of it, but its getting to a point were its go nowhere else to go but out,
some days ill fast and not eat much probably just cereal, or a goats arse salad from waitrose as such but by the end of it im weak as hell and ■■■■■■ off a pint,suppose it just will power i need, but the biggest worry is im about to quit the ■■■■ and scared ill be 20 stone before next years out, anyway tyhanks chaps 
Don’t eat fast foods, & pop / juices, just take water & plenty of it, take a sensible portion of food not over sized portions, don’t forget that an adults stomach is between an orange & a grapefruit, so don’t overfill & over expand it. Don’t bother with skimmed milk, just take less ordinary milk or use water. Forget cereals, they will pile pounds on you, after all what do you feed cattle & horses…corn ( cereals), to fatten them for slaughter , or for showing. Ready cooked dinners from supermarket are as bad. Take a couple of sandwiches, just enough for your break , & apples & banana, grapes etc , different fruits on different days . You don’t need to live off salads. Just eat a modest amount. If you give up the ■■■■, it may be better if you chewed gum ( sugar free), until you train your hand not to do the hand to mouth of ■■■ smoking. Keep off the vending machines, & Deffo no energy drinks!! And cut down on the ale, because that’ll send you outwards as you get older!

I generally have a bowl of cereals for breakfast, and take a packed lunch (a round of sandwiches, a hard-boiled egg, some raw carrots to nibble on and a couple of pieces of fruit) to eat around lunchtime. I take a litre of water with me to drink through the day. I have a cooked meal when I get home after work. I don’t have snacks etc during the day.
I’m 55 years old, 6’ 1" and still weigh the same (around 13st 4lbs) as I did 25 years ago.
Maccy D’s, Greggs and butty vans on a daily basis are a surefire recipe for turning into the typical fat See You Next Tuesday typically seen waddling to/from the cab wherever lorries stop.

she might be pretty but you can not help but notice how round and large she is, if your into big women i am sure she would make every fat lover out there a great pin up, personly i think ■■■ with someone that large could only be done via dog postion so what she looks likes wouldnt matter as you would only see the back of her head anyway
