I don’t think many on here would take on a job where they did not get paid for POA
Are you telling us that if you got somewhere and they told you that they could not unload you for 3 hours and you put it on POA, you will not get paid for that time

i`m doing an agency job bud doing multi drop, just about 20 drops a day of pallets. bit of a ballache like but its a start haha, not sure of the routine with tachos on multi drop
i think it would be drive to drop point, stop, switch tacho to other work, drop of shipment, tacho back on drive and on and on.?
its just the waiting round part thats a bit confusing lol? i`ll get there haha

I think you will find that the agency will not pay you for the first 45 mins of break but all the rest, whatever it is, gets paid - that seems to be the way most agencies work these days.
Worth checking though.

I’ll bet they just deduct the the first 45 mins of break each day - keep a check on it

just thought i`d let you know everything spot on today with the tacho!!

think i need some advice on an hours issue.
started work at 7am this morning did around 3 hours driving and 3 hours other work, then took 45 minute break and did another 3 hours driving and 3 hours other work, then went back to the depot.
did i take enough break? if not what should i be taking in respect of breaks in this multi drop situation? trunking work is straight forward driving and breaks but multi drop is totally different so thought i`d ask some experienced chaps what they think?
