Why would they want to employ you, and immigrant over their Turkish drivers?
Are you going to be cheaper for them than their local ones?
Are you going to be willing to work harder for the same or lower pay?
It appears a little strange that a company in a country with much lower average pay is happy to employ someone from a country where average pay is higher.
Are you bringing any specialist skills they hadn’t been able to find in Turkey?
What advantage they are getting employing you over their cheaper country men?

May be it’s a kind of reverse EU/UK thing, like all the Poles/Bulgoes/Romos/Slovaks coming here. Toby is going to give them a taste of their own medicine and see if they like it when a foreigner nicks all of their jobs.
Joking aside. I was on holiday in Bodrum many years ago, and came across a British woman who was working there on a market stall, and she said all she had to do was hop on a ferry to one of the Greek islands every 3 months, and renew her visa, then come back and carry on working. Until Turkey is in the EU, that’s all you will probably have to do still now.
