Went through an enforced cold turkey - worked all weekend in a factory where the tea machine had run out of sugar… by Monday I was converted!
Still have the occasional sugar in my tea/coffee if I’m feeling a bit off it or sorry for myself.

Have you considered trying a little honey instead. I got used to that pretty quickly. Don’t miss the sugar now at all.
So how’s it going bb

Settled on half a sugar for a few months then we’ll see about giving up completely but I’m struggling on half if I’m honest so it’ll be a long drawn out process me thinks. Of course at work the machines don’t give out half a sugar to they it’s normally no sugar, sugar or a extra sugar so I carry those sugar sachets you pick up from Mac d’s etc and a spoon.

Yes but not practical when out and about is it .
I used to have 2 sugars in tea and coffee.
I just stopped the sugar in the tea, took about 3 months to get used to, and I really notice the flavour in tea now.
Stopped sugar in coffee about 6 months later.
