German cars

charger:
So they buy a overpriced unreliable o look at me status symbol, open the handbook and i’m sure it must say in there congratulations you’ve bought a german car now you are superior and must be at the front of the queue and get there without any regard for anyones safety, but dont worry you are immortal and invincible now you drive a german car…just for balance except for the german car drivers who dont drive like maniacs…endangered species

the Germans are superior :grimacing: did no one tell you? :sunglasses:

I’m only interested in german and Swedish cars,to me they are just a lot better product.
A mate of mine has just got a Kia and is saying how great it is and I’m mad for paying german car prices.
But it’s little things to me like the clunk when you close the door and I don’t care what anyone says German build quality is the best.

Not German and it has indicators as standard

On my one it don’t go ‘clunk’ just a gentle ‘click’ and the car does the rest, it’s called soft closure :unamused:

That’s not what the Fokkers said when they had a Spitfire up their tailpipe… :open_mouth:

(aviation terms  )

That 7 series is one big ol car, sat in a couple year old 740 not long ago and they are kitted up to the eyeballs in electrical gizmos but, in my opinion, it looks a bit of a big car for everyday driving/car parks but plenty people seem to manage.

For some reason I have a thing for estate cars, Vauxhall Insignia estate (or tourer whatever they call it) them Mercs, BMW 5 series estates tickle my pickle too

I think German motors are far better than French ones.

I’m still looking (and have been for ages) for a 3 series from the late 90’s with a knackered engine as I have the car my grandson rebuilt from the ground up but there’s a bit of rot setting so I can swap the good bits over, he spent thousands on just the engine, a 2.5tds.

Cant be that bad to park as my missus can manage it (when she is nice to me   then I allow her to drive it, but that aint very often :frowning:

German. 3.2 litre V6 petrol continent crosser. Whisper quiet. Unbelievably fast and full of electrical gizmos (that all still work), oh, and only £1200! Why the hell not?

Edit to add, obviously crossed all the continents as this looks like it was taken in Australia!
