Thanks to the 2 people who gave me the info and helped me get the job.
You know who you are .
I have a full time Class 1 with some nights out for a firm called R&S Recycling.
I’m ecstatic. It’s fantastic news. And much better pay than what the busses were paying.
I know it’s not the most prestigious job. But it’s a start. And they don’t mind the fact that I have no experience.
Again thanks to all the suggestions and help.
Will post pics and diary when I get the chance.
congrats mate really please for you took you long enough but good things come to those who wait … what you going to do about the buses and owing for the training?? pay it back bit by bit … they have some of your moeny anyway they were deducting the £10 a week

Prestige doesn’t really matter at this stage mate, cos you’re now on the ladder!!
Stick at it for a while (who knows, you may even get to like it) and get that all important ‘experience’ box ticked, then you’ll be in a position to have a bit more choice…
Good things come to he who waits.

Yep, that’s pretty much compulsory now…
Good luck, and please take it easy, whilst not forgetting that we’re here for in case you need to ask a question.

Will pay them back at reasonable amount per week. They can either accept my offer or lump it lol
Congrats on the job, just make sure your new employer abides by their own terms and conditions and you get paid correctly for all the hours you have worked on time and everytime, as i have found through bitter experience not every employer is as good as their word, but its still got to be better than the buses hopefully.
I know we havent spoken before with me only just joining but congratulations mate I had same issue when i left stagecoach had to pay them back but soon sorted that out glad to hear your getting to where you want to be career wise nice one.
