Cant think of any diddy sites around Radford, but its not exactly the best part of Nottingham. Actually its one of 3 areas I know of which arent exactly “desireable”. Hyson Green being another and not far away.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the fuel was going to / from a caravan of course as there are a heck of a lot round here.

They don’t ■■■■ on their own doorsteps, metaphorically speaking anyway; there is a site on Moorbridge Road, Bestwood and another at Cinderhill, neither of which are far away.

Caravan dwelling types, travel so as not to dump on themselves, lot of them around Newark/Retford/ Markham.

True, although according to the article the police found some more stuff in a house in Radford, so wonder which way it was being sold. There are plenty of course who’ve moved into houses and still have connections so likely keeping it in house. Obviously no guarantees, but they don’t exactly do themselves any favours.
As for sites around - oh yeah, there’s 4 I know of in this town alone including 2 within a mile of my house, all those mentioned above, think there’s a few around Worksop plus at least 2 in Newark including the one where the scum who burgled Tony Martin came from. There’s around £15K worth of diesel out there from the guy who stole it off his boss in Markham Moor and I doubt most of that has been found.
As for still in custody - if it happened after magistrates closing on Friday and they were charged, then they’ll likely be in police cells until they reopen which is probably Wednesday. Especially if they are classified as a flight risk which likely means the police already know who they are. Not sure about the 13 year old however.
what becomes of the fuel they recover ? there must be seizures quite often but youd never know if any was mixed
thats reminded me ,i used to work on a mothballed RAF base and one of the hangars was alarmed and full of cars, bits of cars etc that had been seized by the police, while all the other hangars were empty .recall peaking thru a gap in the doors and could see range rovers Somewhere i read that princess dianas limo car is kept in a similar secure site
