I do however like your persistance on subjects and I even sometimes wonder if you are on one big wind up but what ever it is you supply good entertainment and get some really entertaing replies. Brilliant.

You’d be the…

Person to ask about wind ups eh jakey?

Sploom:
Im afraid I cant apologise on this occesion because you did actually say it!
I dont know what the conversation was about, sounded like you were worried some being or thing was likely to cause you spiritual harm,a witch or something,or maybe an evil spirit!

:laughing: :laughing: So I did NOT say I had been… quote;
'‘Helped spiritually’ then,… just as I said I didnt. :bulb:
You took me right out of context, and concentrated on a simple turn of phrase to make a tenuous accusation.

Look up the word ‘spiritually’ it has a number of meanings, and if you want to be really technical it is a Polysemantic adjective.if I rightly remember the A level English course I took in another life. :bulb:

So… in the post you have dug up.(which btw only resulted in making yourself look ignorant,) it would read thus in the context I intended …

''He bears no threat to me either physically or ‘‘RELIGIOUSLY’ :bulb:
(bearing in mind I spent 20 ■■■■ pages on that thread telling you I had NO religious tendencies or attachments whatsoever. :bulb: :unamused: )
So NO mention of me receiving, seeking, or undertaking spiritual help’ as you said…if you knew me you would know it just ain’t me.

Also fyi the person in question was YOU…you balloon :unamused: , …not a god,.a witch,.a fairy.a goblin, or a ■■■■ HOBgoblin. :unamused:

(Wow…I can not believe I have spent 5 minutes typing that crap, or having this rificulous conversation. :open_mouth: )

Anyhoo I’m assuming after that bizaarre explanation, that there is an apology coming from you , for wrongly accusing me of having the same crazy outlandish tendencies as yourself?

Does anybody know any good witch doctors?
I think I need some spiritual help after all, after all that sh.
JOKE btw Sploom . :unamused:

To get back on thread I get 45 mpg out of my ‘Mr Average’ boring Mondeo   .

Ok,Robroy, ill say sorry then, seen as its you.

I thoight we could have moved things on once I heard you use that word spiritually,oh well it wasnt to be…

Robroy.
You asked me this before but to recap.I believe God created the world, but that is miraculous.

It is indeed miraculous that God created the world 6,000 years ago when it has been proven beyond any doubt whatsoever that numerous objects found on it, including complete fossilised dinosaur skeletons are millions of years old.

I mean, where were all these things hanging about while they waited for God to create the world?

It hasnt been proven because these skeletons are the remains of the animals before the flood

So you’re selectively choosing which science to believe. When was this alleged flood supposed to have happened?

So you’ve kissed a and made up with Rob, purely figuratively of course, perhaps you could now address my enquiry. What dates was the mythical flood?

Interesting page about the logistics of Noah’s Ark here, although the final seven words explain exactly why it would be a waste of time to suggest Mr Sploom considers it…

Ironically even the debunking itself states that it only debunks a literal reading of Genesis. As opposed to a fable and parable representing the creation of planet Earth in an otherwise totally hostile to life universe but which itself is an essential part of that creation.
The same planet Earth and creation of fossil fuel and the ability of plant life to turn CO2 into Oxygen.
As opposed to hostile to life nuclear energy which God deliberately made as difficult as possible to produce on Earth just like he put Earth at a safe distance from the Sun and gave it the magnetic field to deflect the Solar wind and Cosmic radiation.Genesis indeed.

Quote, Humans will go extinct on Earth in 250 million years – but that’s if we were to stop burning fossil fuels right now, a bleak new study reveals.

Computer simulations suggest our planet will face a mass extinction that wipes out all mammals, University of Bristol experts report.

Any lifeforms still alive on Earth by this time would have to cope with temperatures of between 104°F to 158°F (40°C to 70°C), they say. Unquote.

This quote from The Daily Mail. 250 million years goes by fast :astonished: :unamused:

Thank you for the encouragement and have a great day/night

You are more than welcome. BTW what I will say is if you were on any other forum that a truck forum you would get more support but keep up the good fight…

How ya doing Jakey…
You’ll need to.explain that one .
He comes on here constantly trying to pushi all his religious b/s down our necks…he fails, and he rightly gets shot down.

So why would any other group in society apart from truckers not do the same exactly…unless of course they were as brainwashed as him.

Doing good ta, don’t tell me you missed me  Been busy running between Holland, London and Scotland. (not working btw) hobbying as I call it.

I understand completely how you feel but what puzzles me sometimes is why so many are keen to prove Sploom wrong. As I’ve heard you say before if you don’t like a post
ignore it.
Anyway I’m not taking sides but who’s to say Sploom is wrong, never mind the religious stuff but just look what they are finding out in the Pyrenees. Please don’t say that’s all bull.

Regarding the forum to me lorry drivers have never really struck me as religious types or ones to worry about polluting the air. Remember in the 70’s all that black smoke every morning on start up. Glorious.

Who moi, never, well on the odd occasion possibly.

Believe it or not I drive a 996 and a 997 before I bought my cayman s-I preferred the mid engined layout of the cayman-it simply corners like it’s on rails.and saved me about ten grand over a 997,996 was about the same price.

Always a little suspicious when someone says they drive a motorccycle. However I’ve always had a soft spot for V twins. Two notable bike ridden in the past are a 900SS
and a 916. Both beautiful to ride and look at in my opinion.

You missed the point Jake. The models referred to were Porsche cars. Just sayin

Harry Monk.
We believe the creation in 6 days to have been a supernatural event,so here’s no point using science to prove it wrong because we dont believe it happened under the natural law.If I was making the argument that the earth was formed in 6 days by the normal course of events, then your argument about the dinosaurs would be valif.
Just thinking when the earth formed, where do you think all the water came from?
Was it all just floating in space? I dont know what the current hypothesis is on this.

“Faith is believing something that you know isn’t true”.

If you like V twins Jake this is me on McGuiness’s old Vimto SP Honda but it’s in endurance spec with a softer engine and twin fill fuel tank. Still an unforgiving and savage barsteward though

Jakey…You’ll need to.enlighten me as to what has gone on in the Pyrennes to make Sploomy’s beliefs mildly credible.

Second coming?
3 Wise men heading from Paris to Madrid?
A bloke walking across the Lake De Gaube?
A burning bush? Ooooh the thought of that one .
Pray tell.

Should have said I drove not drive lol typo sorry, and as the Maoster says they are models of Porsche 911’s
It would indeed be strange if I said I drive a motorbike, but you’d be even more suspicious if I said I ride a Porsche lol

Nah, didn’t miss it, just not really interested so much in cars although have driven a few nice ones in my time.

Now I’m impressed, ridden an SP 1 on the road. Lovely bike and cracking engine. Do you know the bhp of that one compared to standard?
