Frozen Fish to Spain (valencia)

It’s a while since I posted on the site but have been asked at work to find full load transport for a regular run with frozen fish from Cornwall to Valencia…any ideas, anyone want to do it?
Thanks

Baileys

Get one of them dover based mobs to do it via their romanian tractionaires, cutting everything else at the minute so why not that. However if you want it done by a trustworthy family firm whos drivers wont be in the back selecting the next meal and discarding ■■■■ bottles then pm me,

Dennis Oates another Cornish mob

Conway Bailey are from down that way. I think they will go wherever the best rate takes them?

Thanks for all the replies to my post, very helpful so far

Your being a tad gingolistic there JD, the cheaper/easier option would be to backload a pablo, but, if the OP wanted to follow your advice, where would he be when empty in Valencia, when Paco says that he can`t re-load da eeeengleeeeshman, because its “Spanish work for spanish firms” ■■?

And, for the record, its getting harder to get credit insurance for any Spanish customer at present, because of their little problem with DEBT, thats why I know of at least six regular UK-E-UK specialists who have jacked it in lately, there is no saying your gonna get paid for any re-load you do, so, the OP may have a problem finding a local to do it anyway.~~ ~~And, Ive noticed the PL/LV/LT/H brigade have virtually stopped doing Spanish exports from a very large exporter where I`m working at the moment, its all going on Spanish fridges [just like the old days], so it must be a dire situation for our eastern bloc buddies to shun this work…

I take it therefore by your comment that you wouldnt be too put out when looking for a backload from Spain to the UK to be told Spanish work for Spanish firms then. Or “Vete a la mierda”.

Yes but this an uk site for uk drivers, there already too many foriegn trucks in this country. I can’t understand why in that area of the country which there are a few European fridge firms you would recommend giving an export load to a foreign company.

There too many threads about struggling companies and rate cutting, I would to see as many loads as possible on British lorries.

Amoric specialise in Spain and they are based in Plymouth.

As we in Spain would love to see all our trucks full - unfortunately we like you live in the EU so are up the same creek as regards rates being cut by those from former eastern bloc states.

Is the internet UK only then? It’s called Trucknet UK but you don’t HAVE to be British to use it. Jeez you get worse Alex, you really do! :unamused:
