Harry, what work there is, is being done by Eastern European drivers employed by Italien companies or Eastern European Hauliers. Many Italien companies are working in France Holland Belguim which indicates that not much can be moving in Italy. When you come off train at Calais you will see many fridges from all over Europe sitting in Total garage waiting, sometimes for days till load instructions come through. Also the expense now for the peages and Blanc make it prohibitive, if you are considering fridge work Heritage is solid and reliable, hope this helps, rgds Biffo
Do Gregory’s send you to Italy often then Harry ? :-0
I do know of at least 1 very good importer for loads ex Italy. But I ain’t giving that little gem away too easily.
Heritage ■■ Are you sure ? Rates not really the best.

Or forget about turning the fridge on and get a load of shoes out of Verona
On the subject of saving fridge diesel, how about Albini’s in Prato?
(Runs and hides.)
Albini & Pitigliani. Good place for loading groupage to get you home. Prato is a good night out on the booze if you fancy it.
