Has anybody on here worked for or working at Freshlinc based at spalding. If so can you let me know what the pays like and what the works like, also do you have many nights out or is it normally return to base.

Knowles or jack Richards avoid the other 2 unless you speak ski and want to be treated like s#$t nearly all transport in Spalding is run by the ski’s

Unfortunately around this way a lot of firms have a high foreign employment rate. Is this just the drivers or is it management. If its just drivers then that dont bother me thats just a sign of the times and it will only get worse.
Turners at Bicker is £115 a day, Turners at Donnington or Quadring (Spalding) is an hourly rate not sure what it is, about £7 something ph Im led to believe. Freshlinc is £6.90kph for the first 8 then £9 after, good luck getting more than 12hrs.

Most firms around spaldingski have more ski in office than English,fowler welch & freshlinc are the worst don’t know how many in Turners office I would think lots they seem to have plenty ski drivers so must have plenty ski office bods!

Good money, but no where near enough to rub shoulders with that many foreigners and translate what the office wanted

That’s no different than 90% of places, but you just plod on.
Does it matter if the other drivers are foreign? You’re paid to drive not socialise with them.

Thanks for that i done an application just before xmas, do you know if it is mainly tramping, dont mind a couple of nights out but cant do away all week because of disabled sons.
