Sounds like this fella is a DHL employee promoted from clerk to FLM simply because he stands out a bit. He obviously hasn’t done their effective manager course yet or he’d have a bit more empathy in his locker. Which contract is he on? I May have a contact who i can point to this thread.

I felt instant rage,and wanted to rag the ■■■■ all round the yard…just to teach him some manners.however,if he bans me from all “his sites”,im ■■■■■■ with my present employer. I like my present employer..so I am powerless. but rest assured,if things turn sour,ill bite my lip until I revisit that particular site…then Ill drive round and round(whilst on the phone)until he appears again..and then Im going to teach that ginger haired ■■■■ the biggest lesson he`ll ever learn.
