They used experience! as a reason not to hire you, but the real excuse was your spelling! they just didn’t want to tell you the truth. Honestly, I wouldn’t hire you if you can’t spell any better than a 5 year old!

i think you will find they used the experience thing to get rid of you for turning up late with a [zb] attitudeso once I have been all honky dory in stobarts after a T-shirt and a belt they send me home coz I dont have enough experance and then you expect my to be over the moon with the right attitude of cource dude
after all that im expected to go home and say that was not to bad my time and cost mean nothing to me im quite happy to play any ones fool for that big chance that will probaly not happen
Was all my fualt that I set off 15 min before work and it was only 1 mile away
was all my fault I turned up at stobarts 1. and not stobarts 3. 10 mins early coz the agency are as good as gold now and butter would not melt
was all my fault I turned up at the second wrong address coz im the only one who can be blamed for the imformation i have been given there there now stobarts and the agency are perfect

mate your blaming everyone and his sodding dog apart from you! 15mins to me is the latest you should have arrived at the site (even the wrong one) in that time you may have had time to get to the right site. i did read the ‘original’ post and as far as i can see the agency made a mistake this happens is part of life 99.9% of the population will just deal with it and move on! you on the other hand go into spoilt little baby mode and ring the agency non stop through the night and then like as you put it gormless ■■■■ decide to take revenge on stobarts or try to broadcast you intend to. sorry for not agreeing with you about wanting to get revenge on the world because you have no experience, at the end of the day they could have refused to use you on any number of things and from the crap you have put and actions you have taken since its blatantly obvious they made the right decision. no the agency are not totally without fault but trust me when something like this happens and you lose a contract or a shift or ■■■■ the customer off there are lots of other agencies who will jump into your place so i doubt they deliberatly sent you to the wrong place. i think you just need to grow up stop trying to be an ‘angry’ man and accept it went wrong move on and go see another one of the hundreds of agencies out there.

In fairness, if the agency just said turn up at Stobarts in Crick then as the OP says there is the fancy main offices where the truck is in the reception. There is the big yard on the north side of the estate and there`s about three Tesco RDCs which are all Stobart, so plenty of room for confusion and I think the agency should have made it clear where the guy should go.
All that talk of revenge will be just that, talk.
However, grammar, spelling. Unfortunately, this internet thing is all based on people writing stuff, and those who cant do this very well will show themselves up as soon as they put finger to keyboard. A guy like the OP will always struggle with credibility. A few mistakes here and there can be overlooked, but total unreadable gibberish will be passed off without much credence given to it regardless of the intellectual capacity of the author. Tough for people with Dyslexia I suppose, but how many people can be bothered to read some of the poorly written rubbish on forums in general. Theres just too much of it.

easy saying that when you have other work on the go and are to busy to worry about less important things in your life
but when you have no other work on the go time is of the essence and looking for new work and reflecting on what has happened before becomes the priority hence the revenge
Been on a few of my own jobs over last few days so not had time for all this
but i am plotting against the agency when I find time for it
