Hi , i think i know the contract 40k a year 9hour shifts
15 mins to load , 30 mins to tip. These guys seem to have forgotten
what its like in the real world. They,ll soon come down to earth with
a bang!! if and when there caught. Then they,ll probably blame everyone else except there own stupidity!!! . Long distance and multi drop drivers dont get it these guys are under no pressure yet still they do it■■?.

I work along side other drivers who are breaking the law by tipping on break and compleating trips which must include speeding. This has been pointed out to management who turn a blind eye to it. This is a ‘blue chip’ company on ADR tanker work. Very frustrating!!!
Welcome to the world that is commonly known as"THE HAULAGE INDUSTRY". 
Why is it the drivers who tip on break and its up to them if they want to , assume that the drivers who want to take thier 45 in a cafe or similar are spinning the job out. I dont spin the job out but I wont work for nowt .
