Ive a feeling the OP is more worried about getting caught out skiving then any road safety issues.
More likely dawdling along the road to his destination, getting there sitting having a break but leaving it on other work whilst sitting about.
Then going outside where ever he has tiped and taking another break, other driver for what ever reason not wanting to hanging about so getting the job done.
Sounds more realistic
