29 in the garden today and for up here near the arctic circle (Moray) and right on the coast so that is sooooo HOT 
Luckily I’ve got this week off (perfect pub weather!)
But no air con in my truck. Just 2 open windows & a roof hatch. Stop moaning

My car sat in the sun all day. Got in it at 1630 and turned on the ignition and the internal temperature was reading 47!
Needless to say I turned on the aircon at full blast and stood outside for a couple of minutes while it cooled off!

And stupidly I went for a day out to the Dorset coast.Mid week not holiday time the traffic and crowds were like a peak holiday time weekend.All that for temperatures in the low 20’s high teens and cloud and cold wind by 6.30 pm.Gt home at 10.30 and it was still 27 and still warm enough to sit in the garden with living room door and windows all still open now. 
Up here in Glasgow we had it in the low 20’s today.
Thats a heatwave to us!
