I can’t believe i just wasted 10mins of my life reading this rubbish. Stick to the B roads you moaning PRATT. Leave the motorways to us grown ups who give way to each other and forgive those who may of made an error of judgement.

I have to use the motorway to get to work and travel at least 20 miles down the M6 doing 55/60 mph in the outside lane because every car is trying to get past the PRATT in the middle lane.

Before you say i am just a car driver and you are a big tough trucker that owns the road(you dont) i am a class 1 driver with a bit of road sense that sees these things from both angles.
I look forward to the day we can only use the inside lane and it will be the PRATTS you have to thank for it.

Tell you what i have noticed a lot is stupid PRATT drivers in Lane1 and even 2 sometimes dawdling about at 45 to 55 mph which forces me into lane 2 too, its probs these same drivers that grumble about trucks on the motorways.
And usually when you come along side them they then decide to speed up or match your speed,so you ease off and pull back in again and they slow down again.
Ive had about 5 or 6 or these ■■■■■ on my little trip from Manchester today.
Im gonna lose the plot one day get a gun and go on a rampage.

I took it about 4 weeks ago on the M11,but its the same wherever you go,all the ■■■■■ thinking they automatically go faster if they sit in the outside lane.
or just sitting in the middle lane cause they’re too lazy or thick to pull back in again.

Dont give a ■■■■ cause my phone is stuck to the top of the dash with a big wodge of blue tack,cause i never hear my phone ringing and can see it light up when it rings.
its just a case of pressing the button when someone calls,and the same for taking a picture.

what a PRATT this is obviously am april fools joke but the dumb zb can’t even get the day right! His complaint is during rush hour he as to share the m6 with trucks! We have to share it with idiots like him all day long!
Can I have a job at your place please. Don’t have to start until after the rush hour sounds bliss. Back home my 6pm every night just multidrop collecting the Encyclopedia Britanica from like minded people who no longer need it as they already know everything.
Car Hate list-
car drivers the slip road is where you slow down not the motorway, especially after cutting in at the last minute in front of me.
When joining the motorway match speed of the inside lane whilst on the sliproad and filter into traffic. Not hesitate brake then pull infrom of HGV doing 40mph crap yourself and stare in the rear view mirror whilst truck is forced to pull into 2nd lane.
Sit so tight on my trailer doors that I can’t see you then pull out when I indicate to overtake forcing me to scrub speed. Then have the front to flash me out now I have lost momentum.
When you see a truck catching up to another one rather than use what little road savvy you have don’t pull into the other lane and let the truck make a safe and efficient overtake. Instead carry on like I don’t exist and my indicators don’t work force me to slow while you sit in my blindspot being an arse.

When passing junctions on a motorway, depending on traffic, I will back off leaving room for at least one vehicle to filter in. If I had to change to the middle lane a lot, I’d be worried that I wasn’t thinking forward enough. Also I don’t like to encourage undertaking which is still against the highway code and dangerous.
Trouble is you’ll often get 5 or six tailgating down the entry slip road - as if they’re expecting enough room for 5 or six vehicles to merge into lane one. (Actually they’re not thinking otherwise they wouldn’t do this.)
The OP hasn’t done much professional driving IMO because he would be dead from stress by now. If the average speed down that part of the M6 is 55, then PLAN for the journey to take that long. Drivers being passed - back off and let the overtaker on his way. It happens, but not often enough.
well, i gotta say, he aint half wrong is he…if you look at some of the facts…we have all pulled into lane 2 to let someone join the motorway into lane 1…
only to find the Pratt accelerates to your speed and keeps you there…so hes at fault to start with…and dont we all drive cars to work…or as most of you seem to think we all use public transport…lets not forget he is one of us…
Next point…its not E.U. law that we are limited to 56 mph…Which is why most foreigners are able to overtake us…
The 56mph came about because of the oil crisis back in the 80`s and a change of law was needed to reduce the speed of trucks to conserve fuel.
That law has never been rescinded…SO… blame our own government…
Seeing as you are intent putting MOST truck drivers in the same pot can us truck drivers do the same with YOU CAR DRIVERS.
Yup your know what I mean the cars that pull out of a siding straight in front
of a 40 ton lorry because we can stop our trucks in a couple of metres CANT WE.
Or the cars that pull in front of us at the last minute on the motorway because
they just woke up and realised they just saw their exit
But we are the professional drivers so we take the criticism in our stride and put up with the so called PROFESSIONAL CAR DRIVERS who act so much
more responsible on our roads
