Also like a packet of fig biscuits dunked in a nice hot beverage (ideally tea), usually get through 6 packs a week.

You can get the good stuff in some places but I make my own. It’s really good even if I say so myself.

my gran used to bring the round scotch sausage down for us from Glasgow, can you still buy the round one like the black pudding tube ?
As a little snack I enjoy olives, also a jar of sun dried tomatoes
