I had a Greeves 325 two stroke twin road bike back in the 1960’s. I nearly bought a 650 Matchless, but had second thoughts because I was a complete idiot and rode the Greeves flat out,so decided to be sensible and buy a van instead. As I had passed my car test at 17 that’s what I did. Would have probably ended up in boot hill had I have bought a bigger bike.
