ROG:
Will this settle wether it is a ‘directive’ which may or may not be in force Or a ‘regulation’ which is now LAW

It’s been posted before in this thread ROG, but he ignores it, and anything else which shows him to be wrong, and bases his assertion on a radio programme he appears to only have half listened to, or if he did listen he didn’t understand what he was hearing.

Well, I hope I’m not that bad :exclamation: :exclamation:
I know I am a pain in the backside at times when I ‘believe’ that I see something different to perhaps what is actually written and I may try and put a lengthy and protracted argument but in the final conclusion of being either proven mislead (WRONG) in my thoughts or the greater majority saying the opposite is the actual reality to what I think, that I can at least say - “well, thanks all, I got that incorrect and have learned something”

ok ok if you lot only read wot you won’t show me a lorry drive that has bin niked for working over 48 hours.

I am trying to decipher what you mean but I THINK you are asking if anyone has been prosecuted for exceeding the RTD (WTD) laws.

The answer to that is that I have not personally heard of such a case - YET

You won’t find anyone being nicked for working over 48 hours.
The reason for that is very simple.
You are allowed to work for more than 48 hours in a week.

A week later and you lot believe all you are told

at last some one that knows wot were saying

I can’t be bothered to re-read the whole of this thread but I doubt anyone has suggested that you can’t work over 48 hours in a week, what you can’t legally do is average more than 48 hours per week over the reference period
