Ex Deben trailers fleet trailers **reward**

So going by most of the responses on here, when someone asks to look out for a stolen Wagon or unit, I should demand 10% of what it’s worth?

Regardless of the OP’s reasons for asking, does it really require the negative response it got?
If you can help and want to, then help. If you can’t or don’t want to, then don’t.
It takes a lot less effort keeping an eye out in passing, than it did to write your comment.
And the more people who negatively comment on this, the longer it spends at the top of the recent/unread post section, and the more people will see it and think you are a bellend. But also more people will see it and help keep an eye out.
So even though you are wasting your time slating the OP, you are doing him a favour.
Carry on Drive.

don’t think anyone has slated the OP and I did mention he had a decent sense of humour about some of mine and others comments.

back to the top oh and happy hunting.

pretty much sums me up

like i say find some of the posts quite funny but unable to replay to them individually due to my work load.

having been on various forums since i was a boy racer  i knew what to expect.

to be honest its a stab in the dark, with our vendor coverage all over the country we have everyone looking out for these trailers i though a few guys keeping an eye out on here would be a great help. like i say i expect no-one to go out of there way to find these trailers just if they where to spot on just to inform us…

as for the £150 its clearly not life changing money but enough to take the better half out for a good meal and a few glasses of leg opener

fair play Chris and I do hope you have a bit of luck with them.

With this being an open forum…

And no doubt some may have read all this and has since now got out the paint, and / or sold on the trailers to unsuspecting buyers…■■?

Just a thought??

now goldfinger that’s even more sceptical than me. :open_mouth:

back to the top at least!

well we live in hope they haven’t been

I does not make it easy that there are a few floating about that have already been sold or re rented out . Seen a few deben yellow skellys running about with different names on em

Hope they do get the trailers back, gets me people moan it’s" £150 not worth it",but as said for a call or an email it’s not bad for 5 mins work.
And without trailers how is anyone supposed to rent em out and make money and keep a job,be different if the moaners on here wanted help saving their jobs would expect everyone to stop everything and help. :unamused:

There that’s better lol

just a thought… gps trackers cheap to install against the cost of a valuable asset

Trackers ain’t a lot of good on skellys no bodywork to bury them

I used to work for a company who decided that they didn’t need the trackers on the trailers and took them all off. 6 months later, has anyone seen trailer ■■■ that was full of booze■■?

I wonder what a unit will fetch? Theres one at a mechanics yard in Trafford Park.

Wonder if he’s done work and not been paid?

Hmm… Inside job anyone?

Trackers can go inside the rear lights on a skelly

Could I ask that you give up the day job and become in charge of the social media at somewhere in the Government such as HMRC twitter feed or even the Home Office twitter.

Dropping some of those lines in amongst the standard corporate b.s would be entertaining and would drive the Daily Mail nuts.

I was too slow, you appear to be running Ireland’s equalities minister Aodhán Ó Ríordáin twitter feed.

If you find one of these trailers ring him up and tell him you want £500, £1000, whatever price you want to share your information with him, if he says no, accept the £150 or simply hang up…simples

Hi my name is Mr E Beaver.

I have an agency man contracted to drive my wagon tonight. I am offering a finders fee if you spot him.

He will probably be ripping the head off it at a MSA somewhere. A McDonalds coffee is the reward if you catch the tw*t.

I hope the agency driver has a turtle in a carrier bag then leaves it on the heater for you in the morning :smiling_imp: :smiling_imp: :smiling_imp: :smiling_imp: :smiling_imp:

My last company had trackers on the trailers and still lost 6  trouble is ours where powered through side lights. So eventually if they haven’t been hooked up in a while the battery dies. Think most companies use solar panels to stop this. Wasn’t till a farmer phoned up who we had stop dealing with, basically just saying that’s 3 months these trailers have been sitting here, are you not wanting them
