I think its a great advert. Straightaway and without any interview they’ve eliminated some of the “won’t do this and that” brigade.
They’ve also eliminated anyone who’s just got a background of doing uk work and driving right hand drive wagons and it’s probably no good saying that they’ve got left hand drive # and centre drive # experience driving road sweepers and fire trucks.Let alone anyone who doesn’t speak fluent German but I’ve always found that knowing a bit of more than one of the Euro languages is more useful than knowing a lot of just one.

it all really kicked off in 2006 when the ski’s started trying to infiltrate the construction industry round here i was on the extension of old trafford football ground and all these ski’s started coming on the job and all the plant operators and truckies doing that job had a bit of a clampdown on the ski’s on the job cos of the lingo problems and we refused to work until we got staff to work with us that :-
(1) could understand us and we them cos we all spoke plain northwest english and it was a safe environment for us all
(2) we could ask to help us do stuff and know what we were talking about again creating a safe environment for us all
(3) the wage issue came about due to a stand off between us lot and the site management — they wanted the job doing and we wanted better wages for doing it, it was a case of we’re not going to carry on for less than this per hour and if you don’t like it we’re all going home and we would have gone home as well 
(4) from a health and safety point of view it helped us a lot cos everyone knew what was being shouted and what was meant whereas the ski’s didn’t have a scoooby what was going on - could’ve buried a few more…hohummmm…and the health and safety executive agreed with us that it was very dangerous situation so made it compulsary to have english quals gained by taking exams in ENGLISH…
from what i know the ski’s are more likely to be found down south cos we kicked them out up here and kept our “little gated community” in plenty of work - it thinned out a bit for a few years but now it’s back and the ski’s are not here — happy dayz
the ski’s didn’t have and still haven’t got any ideas about the rules and now we got what we wanted the rates can’t be trimmed down by the ski’s cos otherwise nothing would ever get built the national house building council like talking plain english with english people on sites - think they think it should be english people, doing english jobs, for other english people even more happy dayz

yeah but that’s cos it’s down south next to immigration areas - no one comes up here cos there’s tuck all here apart from some hills but not a lot of work for non english peoples — more happy dayz

Thats where the site manager went wrong, he should of let you go home then replaced you lot with poles, he’d of saved some cash, the job would of been done in half the time and when Vladimir wanted a holiday he’d of arranged Linus to cover for him.

My mate use to have people calling up for driving jobs and would openly admit to him that they didnt want the job but had to call to keep their benefits, my parents have recently had two english people start for them, then after a few days both have turned round and said the few hours cleaning they were doing is to hard ffs! So really employers have no option but to employ foreigners.

So assuming the indigenous British workforce is suuposed to be so zb.Then why is it that it’s all the indigenous British countries in the world which are where all the immigrants prefer to emigrate to.Instead of staying in their own zb holes which wouldn’t obviously be such zb holes if they were all as good as seem to think they are.In which case it would be their own countries which they’ve turned into such great places to be and us wanting to emigrate to their countries not them wanting to emigrate to ours.

This has been done because it is to the benefit to the wealthy, large-scale employers, the rentier class etc but as ever they have crafted a very clever campaign designed to make anybody pointing this out to be considered “racist” by the Sheeple.
People go mad in crowds and come to their senses one-by-one, as the old saying has it. I think the majority of people have come to their senses now and thousands more do so every day. I think most people realise why we are in this never-ending recession and won’t revert to madness by being confronted with the race card.

Winsford in Cheshire, full of scousers in trakkies instead of farmers, Corby Northants is full of haggis eating, sword dancing scottish people instead of idyllic country villages, Cornwall is infested with Londoners and the Welsh have been forced into a hitherto unknown dialect called ‘English’

The “working class” have brought this on themselfs, before the downturn the english didnt want the crap jobs and the only people you could get to fill these jobs were poles and no one really battered an eye lid, but after the wind changed everyone decided actually they do want the jobs but of course there already taken so what does everyone do?? Well like usual they blame someone else!
Until this country has a massive social change like the germans did after ww2, we mite as well forget it, the debt is spiralling out of control and the lazy ■■■■■■■ in this country still think their owed more!

Last time I looked Surrey and Middlesex has been invaded by more Londoners of all different ethnic orgins than Cornwall ever has.
