You’re right Buzzer, Le Pen gets 22 now and 23 after Brexit, Macron 21 now and 23 after Brexit.
The Greens, a vote for whom I wrestled with because I wanted to give the British LibDems as much support in the EU parliament as I could, get 12 now and 13 later. I later stuck with Macron because the party I have always voted for in France, Modem, is now part of his alliance.
The Gilly Joans with all their costly disruption and mayhem got a measly half of one percent. So much for their supposed popular support trumpeted by a recently arrived Brit in Toulouse who thought that because the ‘nice friendly bunch of people at the end of his street were so very nice and friendly’, they were embraced throughout France. They even got less than the animal party with a Beagle on its posters who got 2.17%, double the Frexit party who got soundly dumped. Nobody in Europe wants to go through what Britain is experiencing these days. Anybody who does is unelectable.
HRS:
“WE” must have so many meanings for you David. Harvey
And for you and everybody else too, I would have thought, but what is your point?
For me it means the country in which I reside, a country in which everyone’s vote counts, no wasted votes here as there are in 1st past the post.
I only have very limited democracy personally, and that will disappear completely in the autumn. Which is why I was so keen to exercise it in the Euros, for possibly the last time ever.
Spardo:
Here in France, the Liberals lost narrowly to the Nationalists, but unlike in Britain, the Nationalists of Europe are not generally campaigning for exit from the EU, more interested in reforming it from within.
Yes but as we know the ‘EU’ ain’t the same thing as a Confedration of Sovereign States and, from your Federalist point of view, the spectre of a ‘reformed’ Confederal Europe made up of sovereign Nation States, with the National right of opt out and substitution over every decision,is an even wore nightmare than Brexit.
Which in our case proves nothing except that the UK is as expected an inherently Federalist institution with a schizophrenic type anti Federalist side which will never over come the former without firstly smashing the Conservative Federalist Party followed by creating a Confederal UK.Then we ‘might’ just stand a chance of joining the European Nationalists in going for a Confederal Europe.
Which was UKIP’s biggest mistake in thinking that it could create a hybrid of UK Federalism and EU anti Federalism in isolation from the rest of Europe and the European Nationalist movement and, unfortunately now for the country,it paid the price.
That sounds like a Fourth Reich to me. A union of far right parties in control.
As for the rest of your post. Any chance of re-posting it in understandable English?
Anything is obviously ‘far right’ to a Soviet Socialist.
My post is in clear English.A Confederal Europe in which each sovereign state has the right of opt out and substitution over every decision. As opposed to your idea in which 2 Italian Communist votes and their unelected EU politburo, are worth more than one Brit vote,in making the laws which govern us here.
No surprise that as I said the idea terrifies you and all the other Soviets trying to create an EUSSR to replace the Soviet Union. While it’s obvious that you don’t want to understand the idea of Confederal Europe v a Federal one as part of that agenda.
See that Boris is being summoned to court as he allegedly lied about the amount of money we send to the EU each week during his campaign, so what he is not the only one who has lied during this Brexit process namely TM she has told porkies right through her reign as PM with no action being taken against her, democracy has been lost for sure Buzzer.

He wasn’t the only one who seemed to lie true.
Let’s hope many more answer for trying to lie to the public.
We deserve better than liars playing us for fools.
Eddie Heaton:
I’d just like to say a few words in support of Carryfast if I may.
I’ve attempted to make sense of his posts on more than one occasion, and although I’m convinced that he’s more often than not talking perfect sense, his apparent inability to punctuate has frequently caused me to abort the attempt mid paragraph. And by the way, I don’t consider myself to be a professor in English.
So if you’re reading this CF, no offence intended mate, but if you could just insert a few commas, an occasional space and the odd full stop or two into your dialogue, then you could probably increase your readership by a factor of 10 or more.
Seriously, I’m not having a dig, just consider it as being constructive criticism.
It was always the natural order in Europe for it to be a Continent made up of numerous independent sovereign states.
As opposed to the Roman Empire to the Yugoslav Federation and all the other different types of centralised dictatorships which have tried and failed to take over Europe across the centuries.
In view of 1 ( and the fact we all know what happened in the case of 2 ) my case is that Brexit was just a pointless diversion , from the fact that we needed to join other European Nationalist groups , in trying to smash the EU and reform it as a Confederal Europe.
Which would have circumvented all the issues that we are now facing.Of this country being split between EU Federalism v UK Nationalism.Let alone the naive idea that we could isolate the country from that much wider ideological difference going on in Europe.
Just as we couldn’t declare neutrality regarding the 3rd Reich trying to take over Europe. Also bearing in mind that the 3rd Reich was a direct descendent of Bismark’s 1st.With all the signs being that the EU is a 4th.
So there we have it Europe plunged into conflict by numerous wars of Federal aggression from the Roman Legions imposing Roman rule across Europe and beyond to the JNA going on the rampage to stop Slovienian etc secession.
That’s where we’re headed with a Head of State who is happy to stand back and let it happen.
Bewick:
I reckon to be a no BS Bloke, “a spade is a shovel” ! and I recall quite clearly that that [zb] Cameron and his Hobo George “whats his name” telling us quite clearly that the Referendum was a once in a lifetime vote and whichever way it went that is what it will be and the result would be honoured and DELIVERED !
Not that those two “J Arthur’s” thought for one moment that the result would be LEAVE ! Oh! [zb] me no! the [zb] have voted the wrong way !
Cameron and Osborne quickly exited “stage left” ! However, I know what I voted for and it wasn’t for 3 years of balls aching whining from the Loser Remainers so lets just get on and LEAVE ASAP ! The vote was a clear victory no if’s no buts ! Cheers Bewick.
This battle was lost based on the obvious inference that it’s ok for anyone to vote the country out of existence and into foreign vassalage and the Head of State was happy to let it happen.
So there we have it an obviously one sided rigged process.Having also confirmed that it’s ok for anyone to vote the country out of existence. What could possibly go wrong.

I don’t think Boris was on oath and who cares what the exact figure is to the last decimal point. When we know that we are a net contributor to the scam to the tune of billions while at the same time having to impose austerity at home in an attempt to slow the National Debt.Which of course is added to by the black hole of our trade deficit with the EU.Which Franglais will no doubt then try to say isn’t the ‘overall’ figure in either case.

Seventy or Eighty Millions Pounds a week?
Yeah, you’re right mate. Don’t matter a lot does it?
.
So where are we?
A group of people moaning about how dishonest and untrustworthy their politicians are, with Mr CarryFast no shrinking violet in this crowd, but as soon as one gets to have to give an explanation for his actions? What then?
Where is the “shaking one’s head in disbelief” icon?
I’m not for “standing them against a wall” as Buzzer and Bewick seem to be, but do welcome this case. Let’s have more politicos of all parties answering for what is alleged to be lying.
Think Boris is just a victim of a remainer who trying to spoil his chance of becoming PM just like Gove did last time especially as BoJo has declared he will take us out of the EU with or without a deal. There are now a full football team vying for the job of PM and no doubt we will have a few reserves throwing there hats in the ring as well, Buzzer.

CF has absolutely correctly made this extremely important point several times. Strangely I don’t recall anyone disputing this; made fun of it possibly, but that would be owing to a failure to understand the significance of his argument.

That Gove is a career thundercnut, he stabbed BoJo in the back during the previous leader race when he realised he wasn’t in the running, claimed he was totally behind May, then he ■■■■ on her

I do agree with you sir.
Both are highly entertaining.
One in a relaxing way, one giving rise to adenalin rushes and gasps of disbelief as the plot twists and turns improbably.

It’s ironic that Bewick among others don’t see the contradiction and insanity in the idea of accepting a vote to decide such a matter. Then wondering why Cameron and co all too predictably didn’t deliver when it didn’t,for whatever reason,do it’s obvious job of being a one sided Lisbon Treaty affirmation stunt.Make no mistake the country is in extremely deep zb regarding this whole matter. With Bewick among others falling into the trap of not asking the right questions.Such as how can a vote by anyone possibly be legal in handing over the country to a foreign power and how/why did the Head of State go along with it from 1972 to date.
In which we can bet future generations will come to understand exactly where this conspiracy leads back to.Or for that matter all those who provided the cover for it.Including a naive electorate, like Bewick, who’ve been blinded by the diversionary tactics of that conspiracy including naive acceptance that we can have a vote on the question.
Rather than an absolute constitutional position of the matter not even being up or discussion let alone vote.
That’s why we are where we are.In the unbelievable position,of a large proportion of the country calling for the it to be given away and dissolved and getting away with it.

No it’s not lying. You’re the one doing all the lying by trying to suggest that a few quid either way detracts from the premise that we are being ripped off by your Federal zb pile to the tune of billions. While we impose austerity at home to pay for it just as we did when we went begging to the IMF while Germany was laughing. In addition to your laughable bs that net doesn’t mean overall.
When in any sane country those with your views would have been facing charges for treason.Assuming you’re actually even a Brit and not just a lying Frog Federalist like your hero Macron.

But don’t fret yourself, after a bit you may get to know how we do things around here. Some of us Brits ain’t forgotten courtesy yet.
