So I’ve received a reply from my MP, and not an Email but a proper letter on House of Commons headed paper. I’ll not disclose all that he has written, but he does state that he intends to vote against the proposed deal “in its present form”. He also names it as the ‘No Point’ Brexit, which is quite apt.
He might just get my vote at the next General Election.
It was always meant to be a ‘no point Brexit’ ( Non Brexit ) because it’s been designed and implemented by Remainers.No doubt he’d be even more against the real deal,walk away,no deal hard Brexit,which breaks the corrupt EU blackmail of trade for sovereignty,that was voted for.Let alone when the trade in question is a massive deficit liability to us.For which we pay billions more in net contributions for the privilege.While imposing austerity at home in a futile attempt to cover the equally massive resulting debt.

Bearing in mind that your M P voted remain in the referendum that’s hardly surprising
The ■■■■ that is my MP , Farron, just scraped in by 800 votes last time because those ■■■■■ the Greens deliberately did not field a candidate so Farron would get back in ! It was reckoned that the Greens would have got about 1200 votes so that’s how close it was for us to get our local born and bred Conservative voted in who is a local Farmer in Furness and he was born in Kendal. At least he has always earned his living in the locality whereas Farron has never had a real job having been a full time Student and some kind of Tutor afterwards and he isn’t Local either. We are ■■■■■■■ plagued with Lib Dems in Kendal who couldn’t run a ■■■■■■■ ■■■■ up in a Brewery ! It drives me up the ■■■■■■■ wall it really ■■■■■■■ does and they are all bleating about us leaving the EU ! claiming that our constituency voted Remain ! Well I for one ■■■■■■■ didn’t ! Rant over ! Wow wee this Brexit exit plan thingy seems to be in the control of three woman now and two of them want to derail Mrs Mays deal, you got Angela Merkel who thinks we should just give up our sovereignty and let the EU run all our affairs much as they do now all but in name and then there is Alene Foster and I reckon Theresa will rue the day she got into bed with that one and costing us a fortune in the same breath. After viewing news today if Mrs May’s deal gets voted down I reckon she will capitulate and resign and walk away causing a general election and then the crap really will fan.

Have you actually read what May is proposing.Remainer May and Merkel are on the same hymn sheet ( the choice between BRINO or Remain ) just like Sturgeon.While the DUP has obviously been happy to go along with being an EU member state in alliance with their Con mates since Heath took us into it.Unless you’re now saying that the DUP supported Powell not Heath and now supports UKIP policy not the Conservatives’.
As I said the smoking gun here being that the Queen signed the Royal Assent for the European Communities Act and then obviously also didn’t ( couldn’t ) say a word against the Single European Act,Maastricht or Lisbon for obvious reasons related to that decision.IE the whole thing is a diversion from the fact that the Head of State signed away the country and by who therefore by definition is on the side of delegating her and her government’s sovereignty to the EU.
The level of the plot and the reasons why the government isn’t going to dare to deliver Brexit seeming to be much clearer when that fact is taken into account.IE how can the Queen grant Royal Assent to both the implementation of the European Communities Act and its Abolition based on the issue of sovereignty.When doing the latter would obviously contradict and show dereliction of duty in the case of the former bearing in mind Powell’s and other MP’s reservations in that regard which she was well aware of the time.While how can any PM,even Batten,then expect to go to the Queen with that instruction and expect her to carry out what is effectively an admission of selling out the country.Now we see the cards that ze Germans are potentially holding here over our leaders.
Also have to say that I’d never given a thought to the Royal Assent angle regarding the European Communities Act and the implications which follow from that until recently and which now explains everything as to why the referendum was only ever meant to be a one way scam.To provide the government with carte blanche to seal us into the EU.With the aim of burying the real question as to how why did the Head of State think EU membership was ever compatible with her ultimate role in the defence of the realm and its sovereignty.With May having taken on the job of doing whatever it takes to deliver that diversion.Even if it means having to ‘deal with’,the unintended result of 17 million people having voted to tear up the European Communities Act,on the basis that the Head of State should never have signed up to it.Which means vote Leave get Remain + but in which it’s too late for that now with that bombshell question and cat being out of the bag and which removes that obvious potential for German blackmail against the country.
On that note it would be reasonable to assume that although Heath kept this from the public the Queen would obviously have had access to it to make any legally binding decision for Royal Assent to the Act.While if not ?.

Why should Britain’s ‘true place in the world’ need to be under the rule of a stinking Federal dictatorship like the EU any more than New Zealand’s place is.

The ‘referendum’ was drawn up to be a non binding document on the government effectively making it nothing more than an opinion poll.Farage having never questioned it.The definition of Leave was never stated by Cameron.Nor was any actual definition ever requested by Farage.Even if it had been the real deal how could the Queen possibly give Royal Assent to the abolition of the European Communities Act,on the grounds of Sovereignty,without by definition then being in dereliction of duty for having given assent to it being passed.IE we can’t possibly leave the EU,in the sense of quashing the loss of sovereignty contained in the European Communities Act and all following treaties,without dropping Liz in the zb for having signed us up to it in the beginning.
Unless that is Liz granted assent based on document 30/1048 having been with held from her.IE hiding it from the public isn’t the same thing as with holding information from the Head of State with the aim of getting assent for a treasonous Act.Which ironically would create an even bigger motive for the Cons to want to carry out this fake referendum/Brexit scam ( if by some miracle Remain had lost ).But which would then raise the question why wouldn’t Liz have then retrospectively withdrawn Royal assent for the European Communities Act,on the grounds of sovereignty,in the light of the document being brought to her notice let alone the obvious agenda contained within The Single European Act,Maastricht,and Lisbon.Oh wait that would be the end of the Conservative Party at least.

A bit out of date I`m afraid to say. The Government that made that promise no longer exists.
How about £350 million a week refund as a lie?
And how about Boris Johnson repeating that lie even after being told off by the ONS?
How about document FCO 30/1048 being hidden from the public to create a bent referendum decision and quite possibly the Head of State to get Royal Assent for an act of Treason.If not the Head of State committing treason.
The government which made ‘that promise’ was in office until June 2017 remind us when the referendum took place.Unless you’re saying that all Cameron needed to do was to walk away to void the ‘wrong’ result as soon as it came in.
As for the refund.Your hypocritical ideas that it’s so much better to go on giving the EU our cash while inflicting austerity at home including NHS cuts in real terms stands and are as credible and criminally deluded as your mate Heath in taking us into the stinking EU Federal mire.Make no mistake the gloves are about to come off in this ideological Federalist v Nationalist argument and it will get ugly.
